Annotation: The system of three Krasnoyarsk universities net interaction – Siberian federal university, Siberian state technological university and Siberian state aerospace university – is described. The interaction was realized in the form of parity cooperation. The organization structure of this system is described, the methodical peculiarity of educational process and its technical support are discussed. Тhe conclusion about this project success is given and next steps of the net interaction are discussed
