Brief academic biography: In 1981, he graduated from Omsk State University with a degree in Law with the qualification "lawyer". In 1987 he defended his PhD thesis "The political and legal doctrine of Georg Forster". In 1998, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the direction 12.00.01 on the topic "Territory of the state: theoreticaland legal problems".

He was a People's Deputy of the RSFSR, a member of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, a deputy of the State Duma, etc.

President of the Association of Law Schools, leader of the Russian National Union, Chairman of the International Slavic Council, etc.

Research interests:  Constitutional transformation of the state structure of Russia; spiritual and moral basis of legal and political entities; value priorities of constitutionalism in the reform of modern Russia.

Vasilyeva Ksenia Valerievna

Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, Moscow Witte University.  

Brief academic biography. In 1998, she graduated with honors from the State University of Management with a degree in World Economy (specialty). In 2016, she graduated with honors from the Moscow State Pedagogical University with a Master's degree in Law. Candidate of Legal Sciences (2005). In 2022, she completed professional retraining in the field of “Psychology in the social sphere”. Practicing social lawyer and psychologist.

Research interests: Legal and socio-psychological aspects of helping citizens in difficult life situations. Protection of the rights of citizens with disabilities. Legal liability for moral violence. Legal and socio-psychological aspects of corporate social responsibility.

Research interests: Legal regulation of local self-government. Legal bases of nature management and environmental protection.

Based on the results of defending his PhD thesis, in 2009 he was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences, in 2013 she was awarded the title of associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Procedure Disciplines.

Research interests: The international legal aspect of countering drugcrime; illicit drug trafficking; delinquency and criminality of minors, ways to combat it; tactical features of investigative actions involving minors, protection of children and adolescents.
