The academic title of associate professor was awarded in 2003. The academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences was awarded by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in 2006, and the academic title of professor in 2007.

Research interests: Theoretical and legal foundations of financial legislation, actual problems of legal regulation of the activities of the armed forces of the Russian Federation; legal foundations of ensuring national security of Russia.

Levushkin Anatoly Nikolaevich

Brief academic biography: Graduated from Ulyanovsk State University in 2000. In 2000-2003, he was a full-time postgraduate student at Ulyanovsk State University, majoring in 12.00.03 "Civil Law, Business Law, Family Law, Private International Law". He completed postgraduate studies in 2003 with the submission of his thesis for defense.

Based on the results of the defense of his doctoral dissertation, in 2013 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences, in 2016 he was awarded the academic title of professor.

He teaches at the Faculty of Advanced Training for Judges undergoing training in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institute of Higher Education “Russian State University of Justice”.
