He was a People's Deputy of the RSFSR, a member of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, a deputy of the State Duma, etc.

President of the Association of Law Schools, leader of the Russian National Union, Chairman of the International Slavic Council, etc.

Research interests: Constitutional transformation of the state structure of Russia; spiritual and moral basis of legal and political entities; value priorities of constitutionalism in the reform of modern Russia.

Bandurina Natalia Vladimirovna

Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Professor of Civil and Business Law of the All-Russian State University of Justice (RLA of the Ministry of Justice of Russia).

Brief academic biography: Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Law. Graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Based on the results of defending her doctoral dissertation, in 2012 she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Law, in 2011 she was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

Research interests: Legal regulation of business activities, commercial and trade law, legal regulation of certain types of business activities, corporate legal relations, intermediary agreements in business activities, banking legal relations, legal support of business.

Zemlin Alexander Igorevich

Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. Head of the Department of Transport Law Russian University of Transport.

Brief academic biography: In 1994, he graduated from the Center for Legal Retraining at the Humanitarian Academy of the Armed Forces with a degree in “Jurisprudence” with the qualification “lawyer”.

In 1996, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences. In 2002, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. The academic title of associate professor was awarded in 2003. The academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences was awarded by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in 2006, and the academic title of professor in 2007.

Research interests: Theoretical and legal foundations of financial legislation, actual problems of legal regulation of the activities of the armed forces of the Russian Federation; legal foundations of ensuring national security of Russia.

Kozhevnikov Oleg Alexandrovich

In 2008 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “The law of non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation: a constitutional and legal study”.

Research interests:  constitutional and municipal law, constitutional process, organization of state power in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, human rights, legal status of non-profit organizations, administrative law, proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, etc.

Levushkin Anatoly Nikolaevich

Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Department of Business and Corporate Law, Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

Brief academic biography: Graduated from Ulyanovsk State University in 2000. In 2000-2003, he was a full-time postgraduate student at Ulyanovsk State University, majoring in 12.00.03 "Civil Law, Business Law, Family Law, Private International Law". He completed postgraduate studies in 2003 with the submission of his thesis for defense.

Based on the results of the defense of his doctoral dissertation, in 2013 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences, in 2016 he was awarded the academic title of professor.

He teaches at the Faculty of Advanced Training for Judges undergoing training in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institute of Higher Education “Russian State University of Justice”.

He is a member of the Dissertation Council D 170.003.02, created on the basis Federal State Budgetary Educational Institute of Higher Education of the Russian State University of Justice, and the Dissertation Council D 229.001.01, created on the basis ФГБОУof the All-Russian State University of Justice (RLA of the Ministry of Justice of Russia).

Brief academic biography: In 1998, he graduated from the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a degree in law. The academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences was awarded by the decision of the Dissertation Council of the Moscow State University of Commerce dated June 29, 2001. The academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Theory and History of State and Law was awarded by the decision of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated April 21, 2004. The academic degree of Doctor of Law was awarded by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 28, 2011.

Research interests: Actual problems of state-legal construction, theory and practice of legal regulation, ensuring law and order.
