Annotation: The article examines the interdisciplinary phenomenon in the context of total factor productivity (TFP). Drawing on the system paradigm and the principle of multi-subjectivity, the study breaks TFP down into its analytical components. It presents a four-level technological framework for a new TFP model, comprising the technolo- gies for producing and utilizing human, physical, and natural capital. The study substantiates the need for tech- nological consistency across the reproduction and management systems of all production factors. It develops a general operational framework for the model and identifies its attractor and target function. The scientific novelty of the model lies in shifting the analytical focus from the macroeconomic level to the enterprise level, while simultaneously building a scientific and practical foundation for the functioning of knowledge-intensive firms. The phenomenon of corporate total factor productivity (CTFP) is proposed and verified as relevant to the digital transformation of the economy. Finally, the study explores a new direction for the interdisciplinary TFP model, taking into account the requirements for expanded reproduction of innovative technological systems.
