Annotation: Comparative analysis of traditional and credit learning systems in the context of the disciplines of information technology. Take into account the number of hours per week for practical training. Based on the analysis, it follows that in credit technology of training in practical work is given 78 % of the allotted hours of study for the discipline, while the traditional system is only 50 %. A special role in the credit system of training given to individual work of students. And also clarified the conceptual bases of study of students and information technology in terms of credit technology: defined content disciplines; revised learning objectives students information technologies; identified deliverables development disciplines.
