Annotation: The article deals with the issues of implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of distant continuing education programs. Particular attention is paid to the material and technical basis, as well as to the tools of current and final control of students’ knowledge for developing their professional skills that could guarantee their effective integration into present-day social and professional space.
