Annotation: The article describes the main trends in the development of national industry, observed in the Russian economy before the introduction of Western countries ' sectoral sanctions and the potential development of a new, targeted programme aimed at improving the competitiveness of national goods and services, primarily in the domestic market in conditions of partial isolation from Drupal modules-exporters of goods and services in the Russian Federation.
