Annotation: In the article the main stages of evolution of educational (teaching) technology concept, periods of teaching technologies development both in Russia and abroad are studied. Their comparative analysis is fulfilled, as well as methods of realizing educational process with the help of information-communicative technologies (ICT) are given. Along with it, the authors reveal the problems arising under using ICT and propose variants of their solution.

Annotation: Man is governed by fear and desire. Accordingly, consumer society is governed by the desire of its members to enrich themselves and increase consumption. Today, Western countries' consumption has reached the limits of growth caused by the resource and environmental limitations of the noosphere. The cognitive dissonance between the declared unlimited consumption and the reality of the limits of its growth leads to mass discontent in the countries of the West, exerting a decisive influence on the authorities of the consumer society in domestic politics. After all, it is no longer possible to manage the consumption society at the expense of the desire to enrich itself. It remains to manage at the expense of fear. Adla needs this external enemy. This creates an equilibrium of fears, ensuring the stability of global evolution.

Annotation: The article describes the features of collection and analysis of primary school pupils neurometry data for decision support in their career guidanec. A mathematical model, the algorithm based on neural networks, the description of the software and the results of the computational experiment are presented.
