To the question of the role of carbon dioxide and its influence on the biosphere

Page:78-85

Release: 2017-3 (20)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-3-78-85

Annotation: The process of formation and transformation of dominant emissions in the case of energy generation – carbon dioxide (CO2) is considered. The effect of CO2 on climatic thermal vibrations is shown. The use of anthropogenic CO2 emissions as a tool for market manipulation is disclosed. The irrelevance of the reduction of anthropogenic CO2 emissions in the Russian Federation is shown. The proposal to collect payments of «carbon rent» from the emitter countries is substantiated.

Principles of verification of information models and algorithms

Page:81-86

Release: 2017-2 (19)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-2-81-86

Annotation: The article discloses the content of the principles of verification of information models. The article introduces the concept of model verification. The concept of an implementation algorithm is introduced. The article proves that verification of software is the basis for verification of information models. The article shows that the algorithm for implementing the information verified model has greater reliability in comparison with the conventional algorithm. The article shows the a priori and a posteriori principles of verification of information models. The article describes the difference between the algorithm and the implementation algorithm

Tacit knowledge in medical diagnostics

Page:49-55

Release: 2017-1 (18)

DOI: 10.21777/2312-5500-2017-1-49-55

Annotation: The article describes a study tacit knowledge as an objective factor in medical diagnostics. The article reveals the contents of modern medical diagnostics. The article shows that in some cases, tacit knowledge hinder diagnosis and require their removal. In other cases, tacit knowledge is an additional resource for medical diagnostics. This article describes the diagnostic process as a complex dynamic system. The article reveals the contents of two types of high-quality diagnostic problems

Situational control of ensuring the quality of manufacturing products by additive technology

Page:84-92

Release: 2017-4 (21)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-84-92

Annotation: The problem of automating the settings for 3d printing of products using FDM technology is considered, based on the situational management approach. It is suggested to consider the additive technological process as a sequence of situations. The analysis of product quality is carried out by decomposition of the basic situations, up to simple situations having one-step solutions. Typical defects of 3d printing are stored in the knowledge base, and the parameters of the non-stationary process of product formation are also stored in the database. Recommendations for improving the quality of products are formed both on the basis of the knowledge base and numerical modeling of the processes of non-stationary flow of polymer in the extruder, and modeling of the distribution of temperature in the zone of 3d printing.

Complex technical systems

Page:86-92

Release: 2017-3 (20)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-3-86-92

Annotation: The article analyzes a complex technical system. Paper examines the concept of a complex technical system. Paper shows that in the modern understanding, a complex technical system is an information technology system. The article compares a complex system and network. Paper describes the similarity and difference between a complex technical system and a network. Paper describes the autopoiesis of a complex technical system. Paper describes aspects of the theory of social systems of Luhmann in relation to a complex technical system. Paper describes the acceptability of Luhmann’s theory to describe a complex technical system. Paper describes the principles and properties of a complex technical system. The article proves that the general theory of systems is not suitable for a complete description of complex systems. The article proves that a new theory of complex systems is needed to describe complex technical systems.
