Annotation: The article examines the issues of forming and calculation of costs in the healthcare industry. Attention is drawn to the specifics of modern services in this industry, the introduction of a subscriber service system and telemedi- cine. The development of such types of services requires appropriate comprehensive calculation methods for each type or group of medical care. Based on an analysis of the specifics of subscriber services using telemedicine the article examines the application of various classical and modern calculation methods. Attention is drawn to the need for an integrated approach to the calculation of such services, linking specific calculation methods to cost items and subscriber service formats. Specific recommendations and a model for such calculation and directions for its implementation in organizations in the industry under consideration have been formed. As a result, conclu- sions are drawn on the possible results of implementing the proposed comprehensive methodology for calculating subscriber services in the field of telemedicine and the conditions that should precede its implementation.
THE IMPACT OF REMOTE WORK ON EMPLOYEE TIME MANAGEMENT

Annotation: The article describes the impact of remote work arrangements on employee time management. The author ana- lyzes the scientific literature and summarizes the positions of the authors. Statistical research data on the impact of remote employment on the activities of employees are also analyzed. The article presents a list of factors that negatively affect the implementation of a remote form of employment, describes possible means of their neutrali- zation. The article also analyzes the trends of the influence of negative factors in the remote form of employment on the employees of the organization. It is emphasized that the use of time management techniques in adapting employees to remote employment can help increase their productivity. The article also reflects the results of an empirical study conducted by the author to identify the level of self-organization of remote employment workers. The empirical part of the study is conducted by the author through a survey of a group of respondents. The level of self-organization is determined in relation to various processes of personal time management, including the processes of goal setting, planning, prioritization, implementation and control.
PERSONAL SELF-ORGANIZATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Annotation: The article describes the psychological aspects of the influence of corporate time management in project activi- ties on the self-organization of an individual’s activities and his/her psychological health. The author notes that the occurrence of problems of project time management, which remain relevant today, causes an impact on the psychological health of the project team members, which is expressed in a high level of emotional exhaustion and professional burnout in general. In the course of the research, the author compares the level of self-organization, stress and professional burnout among employees of project activities; employees engaged in managerial activi- ties; subordinates. In addition, the author concludes that employees of project activities have a low level of self- organization of activities, they often have difficulties in planning and organizing personal time, they less often use external ways of organizing activities. At the same time, the author notes that employees of project activities have a low level of professional stress, but at the same time a high level of emotional exhaustion and burnout.
THE IMPACT OF HUMAN CAPITAL ON RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF TECHNOLOGICAL AUTONOMY

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the features of information and narrative risks and the ability of human capital to provide prevention of this type of risk in conditions of technological autonomy. A set of problems as- sociated with an increase in the volume of redundant or inappropriate information has been identified, which complicates the process of making strategically important decisions in the field of technological independence. Possible ways of filtering and managing information noise generated under the influence of narratives with the active participation of human capital are considered. In conditions of a shortage of critical resources and competencies, pressure from external economic and political sanctions, as well as information attacks aimed at discrediting national technologies, it is proposed to create a technological autonomy management system that will be based on an analytical system for monitoring and filtering information, with the introduction of artificial intelligence systems for processing large amounts of data and constant monitoring of various indicators in dynam- ics. The authors conclude that the nature of the research has a significant impact, which is due to its significant strategic component in terms of technological independence under information overload and manipulative nar- ratives that shape public opinion, management strategies and economic policy.
TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS MODELS OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RUSSIA

Annotation: The development of social entrepreneurship in Russia is due to the presence of a number of factors that are united by one common characteristic – social issues. In order to solve social problems, new forms of interaction between business and society were required, and social entrepreneurship became one of these forms. The purpose of the study is to determine the directions of changes in business models of social entrepreneurship and to establish the main trends of their further transformation. The methodological basis of the study was a set of general scientific standard methods, in particular: the method of business modeling, logical analysis, generalization, comparison, deduction. In the article, the authors conducted a study of the features of the development of social entrepreneurship in Russia and noted the trend of its sustainable development: the main tasks solved by social entrepreneurship are identified; a detailed description of the dynamics of social entrepreneurship development in Russia is given; the main types are considered and the features of business models of social entrepreneurship in Russia are highlighted. In addition, the authors have formulated the main trends in the development of social entrepreneurship in Russia.
