Annotation: In this article the ideology problem in the educational organization is considered. It is an important element of organizational culture and management of educational institution. In article the maintenance of a concept of organizational ideology, its feature in the educational organization and a role in the course of organizational development reveals. On the basis of a typology of organizational culture K. Cameron and R. Kuinn are allocated types of organizational ideology in the educational organization, their characteristics, advantages and shortcomings are described. Results of the empirical research of organizational ideology conducted on the basis of two educational organizations on the basis of which conclusions are drawn on character the ideologies existing in these organizations are presented in article and need of acceptance of administrative measures for their transformation is proved. Also by results of the conducted research recommendations about the possible directions of development of organizational ideology for increase in competitiveness of educational institution, strengthening of unity of pedagogical collective, perfecting of a control system of the educational organization are developed.

Annotation: The article deals with approaches and interpretations of intercultural communication in XX works. It is the epoch when the latter started branching out as an independent sphere of knowledge under accelerating informational and globalization processes, which led to increasing intercultural contacts. It reviews the theories of G. Hofstede, E. Hirsch and E. Hall. Particularly important is interconnection of intercultural communication and intercultural competence that is revealed basing on aforementioned ideas.

Annotation: The object of research in the article is educational process with tuition, upbringing and development as constituent parts. The matter of research is quality of mainly humanitarian education after digital technologies having been inculcated into its process. The greater attention is paid to socio-cultural analysis of reasons and factors as well as negative tendencies that take place in social life and education due to inadequate and thoughtless informatization. The article focuses on objective reasons that lead to ambiguous results of contemporary education conflicting with those expected by pedagogues and society. Basing on cultural approach the author estimates university education results and its using digital technologies through the prism of culture criteria. This allows us not only to see these results (including negative), but to understand the nature of these reasons. The main method of research is dialectical analysis of contradictions in educational process and in forming students’ culture and worldview. The article concludes that it is humans but not technologies who should rule in the world. The novelty of the work is in the new facet of viewing the issue and in cultural approaches that help to better understand topical matters of improving education quality as well. The initial criteria of estimating university graduates should be criteria of culture. The approaches and estimates given in the article allow us to find new methods contributing to creating more effective and efficient pedagogical technologies.
