Oriented graphs in complexs organizational and technical fiscal systems

Page:33-40

Release: 2017-3 (20)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-3-33-40

Annotation: Paper examines complex organizational and technical fiscal systems that solve problem-oriented tasks. The article defines the place of a complex fiscal system among other complex systems. The article provides a formal description of the model of a complex organizational and technical fiscal system. Paper examines the concept of an oriented acyclic graph. The article describes various approaches to storing and processing oriented acyclic graphs in modern DBMS using the SQL language. Paper describes the approach of materializing the way in a complex organizational and technical fiscal system using the example of the state address register. Paper proves that the use of acyclic graphs for a technological organization increases the efficiency of fiscal information systems.

Complex systems’ self-organization theory: Bureaucracy

Page:36-44

Release: 2017-2 (19)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-2-36-44

Annotation: The nature of bureaucracy is considered as a superior form of specific social groups’ selforganization, determined by the above-personal level of information processing, bearing in mind its true programme code, formed as a result of self-organization processes.

Release: 2017-1 (18)

DOI: 10.21777/2312-5500-2017-1-22-29

Annotation: The article presents methods of analysis and synthesis of one-stage plans of computer knowledge control, which are mostly presented in e-learning and distance education

Analysis of the standards system for building a profile of information technologies of an organization

Page:40-44

Release: 2017-4 (21)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-40-44

Annotation: The article deals with application of a standards system for building a strategic profile of information technologies in an organization when they are transitioned to a new system level. The analysis of the system of standards is carried out, it uses such approaches as phenomenological and system analysis, information morphism. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of POSIX standards system, which reflects the current state of the standardization process of the most important elements of the strategic IT profile. The models of standardization of software products are analyzed on the example of POSIX. Scientific and methodological assertions are formulated, which are aimed at creation of a technologically efficient IT profile with preset technical requirements and limitations.

Communication closed information model

Page:41-47

Release: 2017-3 (20)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-3-41-47

Annotation: The article reveals the content of a complex information model related to communication processes in the field of management. The article describes the structural composition of a closed communication information model. Paper describes the reasons for the fact that this model is closed. The article describes the information need as a motivation for the functioning of the communication model. The article describes three models of information needs. Paper describes the structure of a communication closed information model.
