Pedagogue’s professional self-actualization: technological aspect of the problem

Annotation: The article is devoted to substantiation of an implementation possibility of the teacher’s self-actualization in professional activity on the basis of the relevant technologies. Special attention is paid to the definition of structural components of self-actualization process, the nature and sequence of which serve as the basis for identifying specific ways of activity. Analysis of the problem from the position of the personal-activity approach makes it possible to access the technological resources of self-organization as the basis of a conscious and deliberate self-actualization. The result is the conclusion about the necessity of integrative use of technology that is justified by the diversity of the phenomenon of self-actualization and composite structure.

The article analyzes SECI’s information model as a four-stage model of knowledge transformation. The article considers the model of an information message. The information message model is considered as a complex model in which different information models change their shape while maintaining the content.

Annotation: The article analyzes methods for constructing algorithms using different approaches. The article considers the algorithm from different positions: as a complex system, as a functional system, as an information structure. The article substantiates the inclusion of all system qualities in the algorithm model. In general, the analysis provides a basis for introducing a new concept of «algorithmic modeling»
