Annotation: This article describes the interpretation of space-based information in the study of the Earth. We introduce the notion of information design as a generic term for different objects in space information. It is proposed to interpret the objects using the concepts of interpretive field and semantic environment. It describes the structural analysis of the information design as a stage of interpretation. It describes the different interpretive field peculiar space information.

Annotation: A method of synthesis of the functional form of socio-economic organizations to ensure the conflict-their sustainable use in the uncertainty of the competitive environment. The method is implemented on the basis of theories of hierarchical multilevel systems, decision-making and optimal allocation of resources.

Annotation: The article deals with a way of forming students’ need for systematic physical exercises by means of introducing adaptive elements of athletic gymnastics into the training process. The article tells about methodology of a training process with elements of athletic gymnastics that are chosen according to anatomical and physiological students’ features. The author analyses complex influence of a training process with adaptive elements of athletic gymnastics.

Annotation: The article discusses the evolution of approaches of the Arctic states to the definition of the international legal status of the Arctic. For a long time the parties' positions were determined by technical and technological possibilities of development of hydrocarbon resources in the Arctic and the development of navigation. Because of opening up new opportunities for access to the Arctic Ocean the geopolitical situation in the Arctic Region has changed, which attracts attention of many countries. Under these conditions Russia is forced to change its policy in the Arctic, the situation in which the long-term interests directly affects
