DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-2-20-25
Keywords: reflection, self-reflection, reflective diary, critical thinking
Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the use of reflection in pedagogical practice when organizing students' independent work. Reflection can be defined as a process aimed at making sense of their actions, which allows learners to stop and reflect on what is happening in their educational space. This study is a theoretical analysis of the existing premises about the meaning and role of student reflection in education. Based on the results of the analysis, it is postulated that reflection can naturally intensify the interaction of students with educational material, deepen understanding of the topic and strengthen independent thinking, and thereby create an effective learning environment. This work substantiates reflexive practice as a combination of four main components: description of experience; experience analysis; creation of new meanings and concepts; actions to change behavior. The perspective of the development of reflection through writing a reflective diary is also discussed, the contribution to the awareness of students of reflective writing as a means of self-development is considered. Possible options for practical work with a reflective diary in the study of the disciplines of the humanitarian cycle are proposed.

The presence of the law of increasing information needs is shown. The conditions for satisfying the needs and information needs have been determined. The content of the concept "need for information resources" is revealed. It is shown that the resource is a necessary factor in meeting the demand.
Decision-making by an individual based on their attitude to risk
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-2-57-64
Keywords: risk aversion, utility function, convex (concave) function, expected utility, benefit
Annotation: This article is devoted to the problem of decision-making by an individual, taking into account his attitude to risk. It is assumed that the behavior of the individual obeys certain laws. This assumption allows the use of quantitative decision-making methods based on the use of convex programming methods. When solving optimization problems, risk indicators have a decisive influence on the value of the objective function. The properties of the utility function are considered in the neoclassical approximation. The most important property of such functions is their concavity (convexity) over the entire domain of definition. The characteristics of concavity are formulated: through the second derivative, through the chord and through the tangent. The options for measuring risk aversion and the corresponding paths for finding the extremum of the expected utility function are considered. The initial premise of the analysis is the axiom that the individual's actions are always aimed at achieving the maximum of his individual utility function. The conclusion is made about the influence of risk aversion on the choice of an individual.
Modeling of local industrial environmental monitoring systems
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-2-65-71
Keywords: environmental monitoring, information model, expert assessment, functionality of an automated system
Annotation: The article examines the problem of creating and developing a comprehensive system of industrial environmental monitoring. The complexity of the problem lies in the presence of uncertainty in solving the problems of assessing and forecasting the environmental situation. The complexity of the structure and functionality of heterogeneous industrial environmental monitoring systems is shown, the relevance of modeling local systems at various levels is justified. Methods of mathematical support of software complexes of industrial environmental monitoring systems are investigated, characteristic features are highlighted. A comparative analysis of the methods used in the models allowed us to conclude that in certain cases, some of the methods cannot be used, some will require adaptation to a given object by empirically refining the coefficients of the equations underlying the method. Another group of methods is singled out, which does not take into account the geographical specifics of the area or, taking it into account, gives significant calculation errors commensurate with the initial values of concentrations. To solve the problem of leveling these shortcomings, an information model for modeling and monitoring the environmental situation is proposed. Recommendations are formulated for the creation and development of local industrial environmental monitoring systems based on improving numerical modeling methods, strengthening integration with enterprise information system platforms, expanding the functionality of remote data transmission, strengthening the analytical functionality of software tools.
Information Synergetics
DOI: DOI 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-2-72-78
Keywords: synergetics, information field, information synergetics, information transformation, process, reflection
Annotation: The article explores synergetics in the information field as a tool for modeling complex real objects and processes. A new concept of “information synergetics” is given, its theoretical and practical significance for the study of systems is revealed. The analysis of the properties and features of information synergetics in comparison with general synergetics as an interdisciplinary field of science studying dynamics and self-organization in open systems is carried out. Two model representations of synergetic processes are distinguished. The first model representation describes real processes related to the synergetics of real space. The second model representation describes the information processes occurring in the information field. Model representations are considered in the context of a unifying approach – a synergetic approach to assessing the states and properties of the system. The scheme of structural elements of information synergetics, which forms the basis for the systemology of solutions for overcoming information chaos by information methods, is given. The application of information synergetics on the example of mechatronics is considered.
«The main question of philosophy» for modern students: worldview and didactic aspects
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-2-79-93
Keywords: philosophy, the main question of philosophy, substance, materialism, idealism, atheism, religion, theism, evolutionism, creationism, synergetism, teleologism, scientism, antiscientism, teaching philosophy, education
Annotation: The academic discipline «Philosophy», as a rule, is studied in both secondary and higher educational institutions, regardless of the specialty or direction of training. What is the role and significance of philosophy as an academic discipline in the content of secondary and higher education? Why and why do students need or can study it? How philosophical knowledge can be related to the professional and private life of a graduate of a university or college. Can the study of philosophy influence the formation of a person’s worldview position? If it can, then at least the student should understand what the philosophy course is about. If he does not understand anything, or he sees that philosophy is a dry and abstract wisdom that has nothing to do with him and his life, then its study is a completely meaningless occupation, a waste of time and effort. The article attempts to show how the study of philosophy, first, is connected with human problems, questions, desires, expectations, hopes and the formation of a person’s worldview, and, secondly, how to teach philosophy in such a way that students see that it is not at all disconnected from life, but has a very direct relationship to them. The authors try to reveal both the first and the second by the example of studying such an important element, or section of the philosophical field of knowledge, as the «main question of philosophy» and the opposing worldview positions and systems of human life navigation associated with its solutions.
