ANALYSIS OF TRENDS IN CONSUMPTION OF DIGITAL INFORMATION IN THE NETWORK ENVIRONMENT
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2023-2-13-26
Keywords: digital environment, Internet evolution, information resource, information activity
Annotation: The article describes the phenomenon of excessive information consumption, which is increasingly mentioned both in corporeal and social discourse. On the background of evident “digital saturation”, a hypothesis of probable decreasing interest in the internet as daily information space in the nearest future is proposed. In order to justify this hypothesis, the reasons for internet gaining popularity are analyzed beyond evident technological context. As a result, it was stated that there is an overdue internet crisis coming from technological forms of information exchange getting a huge handicap of digital information content quality. The research draws parallels with television as the main predigital information space that gained and lost its popularity in the previous century for similar reasons. It is concluded that reducing the mass consumption of digital information and reducing the popularity of digital resources can have such positive effects as improving their quality and rationalizing the information behavior of users.

PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2023-2-84-92
Keywords: physical culture and sports, youth policy, cluster approach, trend model
Annotation: The article describes the state and development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of physical culture and sports management were carried out using methods of extrapolation, system analysis and comparison. The article highlights typical problems and shortcomings of the development of sports using the Karaganda region as an example. In addition, the study points out a discrepancy in the development of structural components of both mass sports and high perfomance sports at the level of the Karaganda region. It is concluded that effective management of physical culture and sports can be achieved with a cluster approach that can link all components of sports and ensure their proportional development. As a result of the study, the authors identified factors that influence the development of youth policy in the field of physical culture and sports. A trend model has been created based on projected values of the indicator “Sport services and services for organizing recreational activities” from 2022 to 2024. The model made it possible to, first, identify the trend towards an increase in demand for sport services and recreation services in the Republic of Kazakhstan and, second, to identify possible directions for improving the mechanisms of the development of physical culture and sports.
LAYERWISE INFRARED SIGNATURE METHOD FOR MONITORING THE SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF OBJECTS
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2023-2-93-99
Keywords: infrared radiation, signature, temperature, object surface, data processing
Annotation: The article is devoted to passive information systems used to identify remote objects in the infrared infrared wavelengths based on calculated thermal signatures. It is noted that the objective characteristic of an object free from the influence of background radiation is thermal contrast. However, in order to identify thermal objects, it is often important to obtain not integral estimates of the IR signature of an object, but the spatial structure of this signature on the observed surface. In such cases, the main information feature for identifying the type of object is precisely the two-dimensional distribution law determined by the surface temperature, and not the integral indicator of the radiative flux emitted by the object. A method for analyzing the temperature distribution on the surface of a remote object, forming equal temperature zones on the image and using the results of processing the received information is proposed to identify the object. In order to form these zones (layers, segments), a base element is selected and a comparator is used to compare the image elements, which reduces processing time by eliminating the selection operations of image elements of equal temperature.
DIALECTICAL LOGIC – FOR MODERN STUDENTS (HISTORICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL, GENERAL THEORETICAL AND DIDACTIC ASPECTS)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2023-2-100-115
Keywords: dialectical logic, dialectics, unity and struggle of opposites, identity of being and thinking, laws of dialectics, teaching philosophy, cognitive interest, educational motivation
Annotation: The academic discipline “Philosophy” is currently being studied by students of all universities, institutes, faculties, directions and profiles of training in the higher education system. Whereas the discipline “Logic”, which comes fr om philosophical knowledge and can be considered as one of the sections of philosophy, is not studied everywhere as a separate course – in various educational programs and curricula, unlike “Philosophy”, it will rather be absent than present. Wh ere it is present, it is studied as formal logic – the science of the correct construction of thoughts in reasoning. Meanwhile, it is not uncommon to hear about dialectical logic. What is it? Surprisingly, despite the term “logic” in this phrase, dialectical logic is one of the themes of philosophy, but not logic in its formal or traditional sense. It is possible that not every representative of philosophical knowledge and teacher of logic and philosophy will undertake the work of a popular and clear explanation of what dialectical logic is, why it is a branch of philosophy and actually has nothing to do with logic as such, or with formal logic. The question arises – how is it possible to demand from students studying a philosophy course an adequate knowledge of this issue? It is possible, of course, in the course of philosophy, to bypass it. However, if we still include it in the main content of the discipline – because of its importance and didactic attractiveness – in terms of the implementation of educational and developmental learning goals, then how can we clearly and intelligibly explain this material to students, in both substance and form? The article is devoted to this pedagogical, psychological, didactic, methodological, as well as philosophical and logical question to no lesser extent.
