Annotation: The article deals with a way of forming students’ need for systematic physical exercises by means of introducing adaptive elements of athletic gymnastics into the training process. The article tells about methodology of a training process with elements of athletic gymnastics that are chosen according to anatomical and physiological students’ features. The author analyses complex influence of a training process with adaptive elements of athletic gymnastics.
