Annotation: The aim of this research was to find new methods of education of managers who would be able to take responsibility in making managerial decisions, and who would have qualities relevant today, such as the ability to act in conditions of uncertainty, with a shortage of resources, and in crisis conditions. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that modern managers are not always ready to be responsible for decisions they take. Traditional and innovative methods of training managers are discussed in the article, their analysis is conducted. It is proposed to supplement the university and postgraduate training system for managers with a new intersubjective approach. Intersubjective approach to the finding a way out of problem situations management, which focuses on subject-subject relations, and its application in the process of managers training is described. It is shown that internally motivated actors-managers, immersed in a problem situation, are ready to participate in its resolution and take responsibility for the decisions made by them. An example of applying the intersubjective approach of problem situations resolution at the real enterprise is given.
Formation of patriotic consciousness children and youth on the history of great patriotic war 1941–1945

Annotation: In the article, the patriotic consciousness of the individual is interpreted as a complex formation based on love for the Motherland, which includes a combination of deep knowledge about the history of his Fatherland, the traditions and customs of his people, his own genetic roots, the surrounding social and natural environment, as well as beliefs, values orientations and motivational attitudes towards personal activity in serving the motherland and readiness to protect it. The article highlights the main ways of developing patriotic consciousness in children and youth at the events of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945: deepening the knowledge of children and youth about the events of the Great Patriotic War, forming, on the basis of an objective assessment of the past, an emotionally empathic attitude to the fact of Victory in the war; a holistic and systematic approach to the work of forming a patriotic consciousness in its areas, forms and methods; scientifically substantiated identification and exposure of false allegations, falsifications of the history of the war and its outcome.
TECHNOLOGIES OF CONTEXTUAL LEARNING IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS OF SECONDARY SPECIAL EDUCATION

Annotation: The purpose of this article is to describe the experience of organizing and conducting a series of training seminars with students of secondary specialized educational institutions as part of the project “Building a Future Without Corruption”, supported by the Presidential Grants Fund. The analysis of the use of situational games, associative practices of the development of such complex forms of social activity as public control and counteraction to manifestations of corruption when combined with correspondence independent theoretical preparation for work at the seminar according to predetermined tasks is presented. A comparative analysis of the results of seminars of one thematic focus in full-time and distance forms is given. The issues of motivation of social activity in the application of information and communication technologies in the organization of events of the educational process are considered. The author pays special attention to identifying the proportionality of combining fulltime and distance forms of educational work with students based on the provisions of the concept of reflexive management of the development of social activity of students.
DESIGN OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE FIELD «CONTROL IN TECHNICAL SYSTEMS» WITH ACCOUNT OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Annotation: In the work the issue of developing educational programs of higher education in accordance with professional standards is discussed. The federal regulations governing the application of pro-fessional standards in the development of basic professional educational programs are analyzed. The most attention is paid to an educational programs in the field of 27.00.00 “Control in technical systems”. The features of the formulation of professional competencies are considered. Based on the correspondence between the requirements of the educational standard and professional standards, the list and content of professional competencies are determined. A practical example of doc-umentation of competence for direction of bachelor training 27.03.04 “Control in technical systems” is given. The process of determining the structure and content of professional competencies is pre-sented. The indicators of competencies are formulated. To assess the level of competence formation, corresponding descriptors are defined. The methodological basis for the design of educational programs in the areas of training UGSN 27.00.00 “Management in technical systems” has been formed, taking into account professional standards and current requirements of the regional labor market.
RESEARCH WORK IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE DIRECTION OF ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS AS AN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Annotation: Advertising and public relations, being a type of economic activity, is not positioned as a scientific specialty, and its subject area is interdisciplinary. At the same time, research work in the educational standard refers to the type of practice. The discussion remains what activities may include research any form activities in the context of the educational process in the direction of advertising and public relations, and what results can be obtained with its effective organization. The article deals with the constitutional concepts of scientific activity, their extrapolation on the field of advertising and public relations. Based on the experience of organizing research work of students at the faculty of advertising and public relations of RSUH, the article for the first time considers specific solutions that are organically included in the system of training specialists for the creative economy, and comprehends the results of such an approach as universal competencies for students that provide them with competitive advantages in the labor market.
