Annotation: The article describes the problem of lean technology for teacher training projecting for in-company education. The relevance of this issue in the context of a market economy and competitive environment is determined by the need for enterprises to continuously train their staff in order to fulfil government orders in a timely and high-quality manner, optimize production processes, and master new machinery and equipment. In addition, the current shortage of personnel forces enterprises to seek new effective ways to train or retrain staff, including in related professions or processes. A lean manufacturing tool, which can also be called mapping, is proposed to assess the current state and improve the training process of in-house teachers, as well as their organizational and methodological support. It allows eliminating the losses and problems that can occur during the training process by providing a clear sequence and structure for its procedures, as well as by the optimal use of exist- ing technical and human resources within the organization. The author’s technology, designed on the basis of mapping, is lean as it allows us to organize a low-cost training process for in-company teachers in a short term, taking into account their individual characteristics, as well as the educational needs of an enterprise focused on federal and regional productivity enhancement policies.
FORESIGHT IN TEACHING HUMANITIES IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Annotation: The article reveals the conceptual, methodological and methodical foundations of foresight as an educational technology. The purpose, objectives and principles of implementing humanitarian foresight in the educational process of a technical university are determined; an algorithm is developed, including pre-foresight, foresight session and reflection. The results of approbation of this technology on the basis of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University as part of teaching cultural studies to future engineers are presented. The scenario method was chosen as a method for conducting a foresight session, which involves the development, representation and assessment of polar – optimistic and pessimistic – options for the future of technogenic culture. The importance of foresight as an educational technology that promotes the formation of future-oriented thinking, a culture of participation, creative orientation and the ethos of future engineers is substantiated. In addition, the risks arising in the process of testing humanitarian foresight in the educational process of a technical university are identified.

Annotation: With the development of information technology and the growing interest in artificial intelligence (AI), the issue of its application in education arises. In the conditions of a new digital civilization, it is necessary to learn how to manage information chaos and extract benefits only from interaction with artificial intelligence. Information and digital literacy is becoming the modern basis of educational communication, which radically changes the quality and content of learning at all levels of education. In the context of global digitalization of the world, the scientific paradigm as a whole is changing, in particular, the paradigm of education is changing. The prospects of the emergence of a fundamentally new system of educational relations in the context of the use of AI and ma- chine learning are considered. Adaptive AI-based learning systems offer new opportunities to enrich the learn- ing environment and improve teaching effectiveness. The article substantiates general approaches to learning with the support of AI, which will facilitate flexible adaptation to the needs of production and the labor market, allowing for regular analysis of the results of continuous learning. Automatic daily updating of the strengths and weaknesses of learning outcomes, possible cooperation, as well as collective decision-making will make it possible to prolong the educational trajectory of students using AI tools.
SPECIFICS OF PROTECTION OF CADETS OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA FROM THE NEGATIVE INFORMATIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT OF MASS MEDIA

Annotation: The article discusses the problems of forming a sense of patriotism among students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The special role of patriotic education and spiritual and moral values among police cadets in protecting them from the negative informational and psychological effects of the mass media is shown. The most important features of the protection of cadets from negative information impact are highlighted, which include the collectivity of this process, integration into the educational process, subjectivity and individuality of the educational process, innovation, the intensity of information anti-exposure, and feedback from students. It is noted that information culture is one of the most effective and reliable ways to protect students from the negative informational and psychological effects of mass media. The novelty of the work is to actualize the problem of protecting the younger generation from the negative informational and psychologi- cal effects of the media and to identify its features. The author’s recommendations on improving the process of protecting the younger generation from negative information and psychological effects are of practical importance.
ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Annotation: The article analyzes the current problems of the theory and practice of patriotic education of university students. The interrelation of the scientific understanding of patriotic education of university students with the require- ments of regulatory legal documents, the practice of its organization in universities is revealed. The issues of the development of historical consciousness, the forming of the all-Russian civil identity, military-patriotic educa- tion of university students are being updated. The development of personal patriotism of students in universities within the framework of the universal competence “systemic and critical thinking” is substantiated. The author substantiates such ways to increase the effectiveness of patriotic education of university students as: qualitative updating of the content and methods of teaching academic disciplines in universities, especially humanities and socio-economic disciplines in terms of patriotic education; the development of students personal patriotically driven activity in socially significant matters in academic and extracurricular work with them, etc. The thesis about the need for problematic differentiation of scientific knowledge on scientific and pedagogical issues of patriotic education of students in the higher education system is proposed.
