Release: 2021-4 (37)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-4-14-22
Keywords: information field, implicit knowledge, latent information, latent variable models, knowledge extraction, consistency
Annotation: The method of identifying implicit knowledge in the information field is considered in the article. The information field is presented as a reflection and carrier of implicit knowledge. The information field is defined as a system. The features of implicit knowledge and the mechanism of transferring implicit knowledge into the information field are revealed. It is noted that comparative analysis and selective analysis of the information field creates the possibility of extracting implicit knowledge. A new concept of «latent information situation» is introduced in the article. A method of constructing a latent information situation and its gradual transformation into an explicit information situation is proposed. An explicit information situation creates explicit knowledge. A topological method of obtaining explicit knowledge from implicit knowledge is described in the article. A comparison of the statistical method and the latent method is presented. The proposed method of implicit knowledge extraction in the information field is based on the application of the principles of system analysis. This makes it possible to use system-structural methods to describe the object of research and to form a system of knowledge. The proposed method of extracting implicit knowledge in the information field can be used to improve the efficiency of scalable algorithms with big data.
MIXED REALITY AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE
Release: 2020-4 (33)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-4-7-16
Keywords: education, information resources, educational technologies, information systems, information interaction, information field, information situation, information morphism, mixed reality, augmented reality, virtual reality, immersive devices
Annotation: The information morphism as a key technology for creating a mixed reality is investigated. The content of mixed reality as a new educational technology is revealed. The similarities and differences between mixed reality, virtual reality, and augmented reality are shown. It is shown that mixed reality is realized by means of multimedia. The variety of information morphism as a technology of information interaction is revealed. The requirements necessary for the implementation of this technology are formulated. The transformation of a theoretical conceptual model in the information field into a model of information construction, which serves as the basis for building information models of objects and processes, is considered. Information models of processes and objects make it possible to build virtual reality. It is shown that mixed reality is constructed as a synthesis of virtual reality, information situation and spatial reality. The structure of interrelated information models of objects and processes in the construction of mixed reality is presented. The advantages of using mixed reality in the educational process are revealed due to the properties of variability, high adaptation to innovations, the possibility of presenting retrospective facts and models in the course of training.
SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A TEACHER OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, OR “SEQUENTIAL” AND “PARALLEL CONNECTION” OF ACADEMIC DEGREES AND TITLES
Release: 2020-3 (32)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-3-7-21
Keywords: scientist, teacher, teacher, higher education, students, motivation, pedagogical skills, cognitive interest, academic degree, academic title
Annotation: The object of the research is the professional activity of a University teacher, considered in the aspect of pedagogical skills as the reasons for cognitive interest and the level of internal motivation of students. The subject of the research is the specifics of the professional life of a University teacher as a scientific and pedagogical worker, which is directly related to the effectiveness and efficiency of his educational activities. The purpose of the research is to analyze the interaction of the scientific and pedagogical component of the professional activity of a University teacher – as the cause and source of the degree of effectiveness of his interaction with students and the level of their internal motivation. The research methods are observation, pedagogical experiment, empirical generalizations, comparative analysis, deductive inferences, inductive conclusions, inferences using the analogy of relations, idealization, thought experiment, division of the volume of concepts, classification operations and model schemes of volume relations between concepts. One of the points of theoretical and practical novelty of the research is the combination of trudnoobogatimogo in the activities of the teacher of high school: being a professional scholar and teacher, and also the following of a proposal for institutional replacement “series connection” of academic degrees and titles on the “parallel connection”. The “inverse proportionality” between the achievement of success by a higher school employee in the field of professional scientific activity and – in the field of pedagogical or teaching activities is emphasized.
Educational portals as the development of a network of educational space
Release: 2020-2 (31)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-2-7-15
Keywords: network educational space, educational portals, information portals, information cartels
Annotation: The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and development of Russian portals, which form a networked educational space. Network educational space uses publicly resources and specialized resources. Publicly resources include numerous portals and dictionaries, including Wikipedia. These resources are distinguished by unreliable information. Specialized resources form information portals of state organizations and educational websites of educational institutions. The variety of sites and portals makes it difficult to use them as interconnected elements of the network educational space and requires their systematization. The network educational space in the work is considered as a distributed information system. A systematic approach and a systematic description makes it possible to formally represent a profile educational portal as a model of a complex system. The paper highlights the system-level factors that hinder the development of the networked educational space in accordance with international standards. The direction of elimination of these factors by modernizing individual mechanisms of the educational system and legal system is proposed. The direction is proposed as to how and what to look for when creating a networked educational space.
Using video in teaching english in professionally oriented education at university
Release: 2020-1 (30)
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-7-12
Keywords: training video, foreign language, professionally oriented training, mixed training, English for special purposes, design, ICT
Annotation: The purpose of this article is to analyze the possibilities of using educational video clips in the framework of teaching professionally oriented vocabulary in the foreign language discipline in the university. To achieve this goal, the authors discuss general issues of blended learning and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the formation of professional competence. In addition, the authors provide the readers with the information about the results of the study based on the analysis of students’ opinion about the effectiveness of using video clips in the discipline of Foreign sources translation. The authors propose one of the variants of achieving this goal with the help of methodological recommendations how to use this kind of technology. In addition, the analysis of the students’ opinion about the effectiveness and difficulties they experience in working with this type of exercise are also presented in the paper. The authors pay special attention to those aspects that from the students’ point of view are the most attractive, and, accordingly, appeal to the motivational component of the process of teaching a foreign language for professional purposes.
