Improvement of risk management methods on the example of the usian gas processing factory LLC "LUKOIL KOMI"

Page:64-71

DOI: 10.21777/2312-5500-2017-2-64-71

Annotation: The current OSH management system in many industrial enterprises is based on the principles of responding to accidents and accidents. The main focus is not on prevention, but on compensatory measures, on combating negative consequences. Preventive and protective measures to protect the health of employees are carried out on a residual principle. To ensure the preservation of workers' health, to achieve effective prevention of occupational diseases, to create safe working conditions, at the present stage it is necessary to implement new approaches to the organization of the OSH management system. This article will consider the proposed methodology for identifying hazards and assessing risks in the field of industrial safety (hereinafter - PB), labor protection (hereinafter referred to as RT) and environmental protection (hereinafter OS) by the example of Usinsk gas processing plant ("UGPZ" LUKOIL-Komi "taking into account the professional suitability of employees

Equilibrium and stability of global evolution with growth limits

Page:71-80

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-2-71-80

Annotation: Man is governed by fear and desire. Accordingly, consumer society is governed by the desire of its members to enrich themselves and increase consumption. Today, Western countries' consumption has reached the limits of growth caused by the resource and environmental limitations of the noosphere. The cognitive dissonance between the declared unlimited consumption and the reality of the limits of its growth leads to mass discontent in the countries of the West, exerting a decisive influence on the authorities of the consumer society in domestic politics. After all, it is no longer possible to manage the consumption society at the expense of the desire to enrich itself. It remains to manage at the expense of fear. Adla needs this external enemy. This creates an equilibrium of fears, ensuring the stability of global evolution.
