COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES OF THE TURN OF XIX–XX CENTURIES AND THE MODERN DIGITAL ECONOMY: HISTORICAL ANALOGIES

Page:39-43

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-1-39-43

Annotation: The article discusses the impact of communication technologies on the social development of XIX–XX century and early XXI century. It is concluded that the progress of technology over the two time periods led to similar consequences. Result of the development of communication media has been the transformation of social institutions, democratization or destabilization of existing political regimes. Emergence of new means of communication at the turn of XIX–XX centuries was preceded by the formation of a modern information society.

SCIENTIFIC AND METHODICAL APPROACH TO STATE ESTIMATION OF COMPLEX OBJECTS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF HETEROGENEITY OF MEASUREMENT INFORMATION

Page:44-48

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-1-44-48

Annotation: In the article, the proposed approach is joint processing of information of various kinds to solve the problem of state estimation of complex systems. The proposed approach is based on the application of the provisions of mathematical computer science, fuzzy set theory, theory of ultra-operators.

MODELING FINANCIAL MARKETS WITH A COUNTABLE NUMBER STATES

Page:65-69

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-1-65-69

Annotation: Using the method of special interpolating Haar filtering, sufficient conditions are found for the parameters of the financial market with an countable number of States. These conditions make it possible to convert the initial incomplete arbitrage-free financial markets into a complete arbitrage-free. The obtained results can serve as a basis for creating a software package that can be used by investors to select the best strategies in the financial markets and build their hedging portfolios.

MODELING OF LINEAR AND SQUARE STRUCTURE FACTORS OF SIZE EFFECTS IN THE THEORY OF THE DIFFUSE X-RAY SCATTERING BY POLYCRYSTALLINE SOLID SOLUTIONS

Page:74-84

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-1-74-84

Annotation: The method of modeling of diffuse X-ray scattering by polycrystalline metal solid solutions due to distortions of ideal lattice because of difference in the sizes of atoms (dimension effect) is considered. Macroscopic and microscopic models of calculation of structure factors of size effects were compared. It is shown that the linear structure factor in microscopic and macroscopic model differ slightly. The square structure factor calculated in macroscopic model considerably differs from a square structure factor calculated by microscopic model. In work it is concluded that at model operation use of microscopic model is necessary. It is shown that calculated intensity of diffuse X-ray scattering by metal solid solution considerably depends on order parameters even at the small difference of components form factors.
