Access Policy Declaration
(Open Access Declaration of the Journal)
The publisher of the journal, which is Moscow Witte University, adheres to the policy of "open access" to published materials. In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) By "open access", the publisher means free access to materials published in the journal through the digital public sphere of the Internet, as well as the right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or make references to full-text articles, search by indexing robots, enter them as data into software or use them for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers, except for those that regulate access to the Internet. The only restriction on reproduction and distribution, as well as the only copyright condition in this area, is the author's right to control the integrity of his work and obligatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.

The full texts of all articles published in scientific journals of the Moscow Witte University are placed in the open access, as well as their metadata and lists of cited sources:
· “Moscow Witte University Bulletin. Series 1: Economics and Management”;
· “Moscow Witte University Bulletin. Series 2: Legal science”;
· “Educational Resources and Technologies”.
The materials are distributed
· on the website of the journal publisher at http://vestnik-muiv.ru;
· on the portal of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU (RSCI system);
· in the Google Scholar Citations system and in other analytical systems and scientific citation databases.
Each article shoud contain: data on the author's place of work (affiliated organization), including its location (city, country) as well as position, academic degree, academic title and e-mail address of the author, to ensure the possibility of prompt communication with the author for researchers and specialists from anywhere in the world.
Each article is assigned an identifier of the universal decimal classification (UDC), as well as a digital object identifier (DOI), and, if necessary, other identifiers of materials. More detailed information on the observation of publishing ethics, the procedure for reviewing materials, licensing principles, the Open Access declaration of journals, the observation of copyright and related rights, which should be followed, is contained in international standards, laws of the Russian Federation, professional codes and guidelines.
