Series 2: Legal science", "Educational Resources and Technologies" are free of charge.Authors are also not charged for assigning DOIs and posting articles in the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU (RSCI system), as well as other analytical systems and databases of scientific citation.
The publication of articles and other materials in the journal does not entail any financial contributions to the authors.
