Annotation: The problem of information and intercultural communication are one of the progressively developing areas of research, both abroad and in Russia today. The conceptual basis of Western studies on this subject are the interdisciplinary approaches, due to the need multilateral understanding what is happening in this field processes. Of particular interest is the study of processes of information society and the development of communication between the different socio-cultural system. Informatization process is not such a new phenomenon. Problems of information and communication have always been interested thinkers from different ages. In our opinion, very interesting are reflections of ancient skeptics who quite carefully studied the problem of information, communication and laid the foundation of modern positivist concepts in this perspective of thinking.

Annotation: The results of the research project, the aim of which was to develop recommendations for the formation of relevant educational programs, their content and format. These recommendations should be the result of sociological research needs of the Jewish organizations in improving the skills of their staff in the field of social planning and management. Annotation: The article analyzes the capabilities of the software realization of self checking paraphase circuits. One of directions of solving the task is the use of self-checking programs based on the advances in hardware implementation. The algebraic form of entry for synthesis paraphase the implementation of the circuits is discussed

Annotation: Two-level differential game is studied, where control centre is located at the first hierarchy level and players are at the second one. The optimal game solution according to Stackelberg is constructed. And it is shown that it is not dynamically stable.

Annotation: This article describes the technique of semantic pertinence selection of information resources on the basis bionic approach and ontologies. It is based on the method of semantic analysis of lexical units, methods of statistical analysis and data mining technology. This article describes the biological characteristics of mental activity of the human brain. The article focused on the implementation problems of automation process of improving the competence of an expert in a subject-oriented field of knowledge.
