Annotation: The article analyzes methods for constructing algorithms using different approaches. The article considers the algorithm from different positions: as a complex system, as a functional system, as an information structure. The article substantiates the inclusion of all system qualities in the algorithm model. In general, the analysis provides a basis for introducing a new concept of «algorithmic modeling»

Annotation: The article analyzes two types of information. The first kind of information is related to entropy and the work of K. E. Shannon. This information reduces uncertainty. The second type of information is associated with negentropy and the works of N. Winner and L. Floridi. The article describes the difference between the concepts of “ignorance” and “knowledge”. Paper describes an example showing the difference between the amount of information for KE Shannon and N. Winner. The article describes a method for estimating negentropy based on “non-Gaussian”.

Annotation: The article focuses on the role of tourism in formation of common cultural competencies of students. The article considers the peculiarities of the competence approach in modern education, according to the humanistic paradigm. The author focuses on how to use educational tourism in project activities and in the scientific student (history) club.

Annotation: The current OSH management system in many industrial enterprises is based on the principles of responding to accidents and accidents. The main focus is not on prevention, but on compensatory measures, on combating negative consequences. Preventive and protective measures to protect the health of employees are carried out on a residual principle. To ensure the preservation of workers' health, to achieve effective prevention of occupational diseases, to create safe working conditions, at the present stage it is necessary to implement new approaches to the organization of the OSH management system. Annotation: In the article the main stages of evolution of educational (teaching) technology concept, periods of teaching technologies development both in Russia and abroad are studied. Their comparative analysis is fulfilled, as well as methods of realizing educational process with the help of information-communicative technologies (ICT) are given. Along with it, the authors reveal the problems arising under using ICT and propose variants of their solution.
