Annotation: In article are considered the problem of structural synthesis of the strategic profile of service-oriented IT architecture of the organization. To formalize this problem are encouraged to use oriented hypergraph which allows to take into account limitations of the various project's situations. In article are represented the approach for typification and unification of functional modules used to form generalized hypergraph structure and the system of constraints on the implementation of information services. Annotation: One of the factors of the test assessment adequacy is the ability to guess the correct answers. We offer a way to consider this factor’s impact on the sample difficulty of the test tasks during "soft" estimating using amendment on the "guessing". Our method allows us to rank different types of tests by difficulty considering guessing

Annotation: The report describes the application of computer-aided design and numerical simulation for design of the high-temperature furnaces and thermal units for shaped sapphire growing process and annealing of SiC epitaxial wafers. The use of these systems significantly shortens time of equipment design and allows making of a complex technological equipment with minimal breadboarding and experimental research
