Information technology in the educational space of a higher educational institution
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-17-23
Keywords: educational space, information technology, information culture, influence, student government, the property of “information sustainability”
Annotation: The increased importance of modern information and network technologies in all areas of our life involves the informatization of various processes in a university, including the new organization of the educational process. The interconnection of the processes of upbringing and the formation of an information culture often remains outside the scope of research, and computerization is considered only in the instrumental and technological aspect, not taking into account that through the educational space it is possible to carry out the necessary informational influence, forming motivation, a value-semantic cultural basis of youth, and a mechanism protection from information impacts on the human psyche – a property of “information stability”. Therefore, along with the traditional directions of upbringing, another direction of upbringing activity appears – the creation, maintenance and regulation of informational upbringing space. An important issue is the preservation of a harmonious combination of traditional means of education, direct forms of communication and new forms and methods associated with the use of information and telecommunication technologies.

Philosophical mems in the context of digitalization of education
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-29-36
Keywords: philosophical memes, digitalization of education, educational practices, project training, edutainment, gamification
Annotation: From the point of view of most students, philosophy is a science “about everything and nothing”, the study of philosophy is a burdensome duty and pragmatically futile. The traditional way of teaching philosophy in the context of digitalization of education only strengthens this stereotype among young people. The article considers the modern educational trends in the teaching of the fundamental humanities, one of which is memoization as a digital educational practice. The realization of this practice is possible in the conditions of mixed and project training, gamification of education and edutainment. The application of memoization practice in the educational process is analyzed by the example of the Philosophy in Memes contest held at the Ural State Pedagogical University (Yekaterinburg). As a result, the authors come to the conclusion about the actualization of philosophical knowledge, the motivation of students to study philosophy, their involvement in the process of philosophizing through the rethinking, criticism and deconstruction of classical philosophical ideas through the creation of memes.

Learning systems software life cycle
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-49-57
Keywords: training system, life cycle, software, regeneration, resource approach
Annotation: The life cycle determines the period and quality of functioning of systems and products. Since the life cycle model is used in many directions, research on the conditions for its increase is relevant. The software lifecycle is an important characteristic, since it defines the lifecycle of the information system that the software is part of. In particular, the life cycle of training systems is related to the life cycle of software. The article examines the life cycle of training systems and the impact of software on it. The article introduces three concepts of objects according to the life cycle criterion: objects-carriers of the life cycle; objects with a managed life cycle; objects with a dependent life cycle. Depending on the type of object, life cycle models are considered for different situations. The difference between the dissipation and degradation of objects - carriers of the life cycle (as a process of attenuation of development and the process of deterioration of characteristics over time) is shown. It is shown that software redundancy and regeneration increase the life cycle of training systems. A life cycle resource model is proposed, based on the fact that the volume of resources and the speed of their expenditure determine the life cycle of the system. The main concept of the work is to increase the life cycle of training systems by using software regeneration.
Updating geodatabases based on space information
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-58-68
Keywords: spatial information, database, GEODATA, database regeneration, remote sensing methods
Annotation: This article explores technologies and methods for updating GEODATA databases. The relationship of information in the GEODATA database with the worldview model is shown. The difference between updating a database and regenerating a GEODATA is shown. The rationale for creating and applying the new concept of “data upd ate buffer zone” is given. The content of remote space sensing methods is revealed. It is shown that the basis of space technologies is geoinformation modeling. The main requirements for information stored in a GEODATA database are summarized: informational and structural. The information requirement is formulated as the need to transform data into GEODATA and, accordingly, to allocate three components: spatial, temporal and thematic. A structural requirement has been formulated that consists in the structural consistency of GEODATA describing different objects. A formalized conceptual model of updating the GEODATA database in terms of se t theory and logical schemes is proposed. It represents a mechanism for building a new worldview based on an existing one.
Simulation modeling transport and technological complex
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-69-74
Keywords: simulation modelling, logistics optimization, algorithms, operative management
Annotation: The article deals with the optimization of the transport logistics system, investigated by statistical modeling methods. The purpose of the research conducted on the proposed simulation model was to obtain “output” quantitative characteristics of the process when changing the “input” parameters. As a result of model experiments provided information on the behavior of the system, particularly important at the design stage: estimation of efficiency of algorithms of the control system and the nature of the impact of changes in different input parameters on the output parameters of the system. Algorithms and models are proposed that use estimates of the performance of the transport and technological complex to estimate the total losses from transport downtime in queues for service when changing the input parameters of the transport logistics system. The application of the dynamic programming method to develop a computational method for optimal distribution of vehicles by loading points is considered. Using a specific example, we consider the effectiveness of the proposed simulation approach for managing the transport logistics system.
Complementary situations
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-75-82
Keywords: complementarity, complementary set of indexes, optimization, information situation, information correspondence
Annotation: The article examines complementarity as an important property in the organization of information and educational resources is explored. Complementarity is considered from the position of a polysemic concept and is studied as a means of optimization. A mathematical model of a complementary system is presented in the form of equations and conditions that define the domain of existence of an optimal solution. The concept of “complementary set of indexes”, the essence of which consists in the task computationally tractable logic conditions that determine the solution path. The representation of an information situation in which complementary conditions are equifinal, that is, they allow us to get the correct solution in different ways is proposed. The situations of complementarity and information correspondence that can be used for constructing logical inference in artificial intelligence systems are considered. An example of linear complementarity equations that are used for optimization is presented. The given mathematical apparatus makes it possible to assess the degree of complementarity and information correspondence of the objects under consideration. Applying the complementarity and information correspondence approach in algorithmic models of an information system will increase the efficiency of information processes and object management.
Spatial survey and modeling using unmanned aerial vehicles
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2020-1-83-91
Keywords: spatial modeling, education, aerial survey, spatial information, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)
Annotation: The article deals with the technology of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for the implementation of spatial modeling. The problem of spatial modeling arises, in particular, in practical work on monitoring a critical situation and is associated with the need for systematic improvement of methods and technologies for solving it. The article describes the technical features of survey using UAVs. These features create new unique opportunities for obtaining spatial information, but, at the same time, they also have their own limitations. The principal difference between UAV and classical aerial photography is shown. It is noted that shooting using UAVs allows you to collect information to build qualitatively different models: areal models of territories, three-dimensional models of spatial objects and models of fragments of objects and territories. The article describes a complex technology of shooting and spatial modeling. The conclusion is formulated that an integrated approach to the collection, processing and presentation of information obtained using UAVs requires changes in educational programs and the use of new approaches in the educational practice of students of geodesic specialties.
