Annotation: The object of research in the article is educational process with tuition, upbringing and development as constituent parts. The matter of research is quality of mainly humanitarian education after digital technologies having been inculcated into its process. The greater attention is paid to socio-cultural analysis of reasons and factors as well as negative tendencies that take place in social life and education due to inadequate and thoughtless informatization. The article focuses on objective reasons that lead to ambiguous results of contemporary education conflicting with those expected by pedagogues and society. Basing on cultural approach the author estimates university education results and its using digital technologies through the prism of culture criteria. This allows us not only to see these results (including negative), but to understand the nature of these reasons. The main method of research is dialectical analysis of contradictions in educational process and in forming students’ culture and worldview. The article concludes that it is humans but not technologies who should rule in the world. The novelty of the work is in the new facet of viewing the issue and in cultural approaches that help to better understand topical matters of improving education quality as well. The initial criteria of estimating university graduates should be criteria of culture. The approaches and estimates given in the article allow us to find new methods contributing to creating more effective and efficient pedagogical technologies.

To the question of fog computing and the internet of things

Page:30-39

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-30-39

Annotation: The development and effective usage of Fog Computing technologies requires the solutions of the most complicated problems first of all, processing and management of big data, including the problems of rational construction of «lower level networks» that support the operation of terminal devices within the framework of the IoT concept. The article describes the use of methods of graph theory for solving such problems.

Analysis of the standards system for building a profile of information technologies of an organization

Page:40-44

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-40-44

Annotation: The article deals with application of a standards system for building a strategic profile of information technologies in an organization when they are transitioned to a new system level. The analysis of the system of standards is carried out, it uses such approaches as phenomenological and system analysis, information morphism. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of POSIX standards system, which reflects the current state of the standardization process of the most important elements of the strategic IT profile. The models of standardization of software products are analyzed on the example of POSIX. Scientific and methodological assertions are formulated, which are aimed at creation of a technologically efficient IT profile with preset technical requirements and limitations.

System approach to the development of technical universities

Page:45-52

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-45-52

Annotation: The problem of the formation of views on the development of the university as a self-organizing system is describe in a paper. The article states that in its development the universities should be based on the laws of systems theory, cybernetics and synergy. It is noted that only the systematic organization of communications processes, information exchange and management will ensure sustainable development of universities even when adverse effects of external factors.

Pedagogue’s professional self-actualization: technological aspect of the problem

Page:53-58

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-53-58

Annotation: The article is devoted to substantiation of an implementation possibility of the teacher’s self-actualization in professional activity on the basis of the relevant technologies. Special attention is paid to the definition of structural components of self-actualization process, the nature and sequence of which serve as the basis for identifying specific ways of activity. Analysis of the problem from the position of the personal-activity approach makes it possible to access the technological resources of self-organization as the basis of a conscious and deliberate self-actualization. The result is the conclusion about the necessity of integrative use of technology that is justified by the diversity of the phenomenon of self-actualization and composite structure.

Situational control of ensuring the quality of manufacturing products by additive technology

Page:84-92

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2017-4-84-92

Annotation: The problem of automating the settings for 3d printing of products using FDM technology is considered, based on the situational management approach. It is suggested to consider the additive technological process as a sequence of situations. The analysis of product quality is carried out by decomposition of the basic situations, up to simple situations having one-step solutions. Typical defects of 3d printing are stored in the knowledge base, and the parameters of the non-stationary process of product formation are also stored in the database. Recommendations for improving the quality of products are formed both on the basis of the knowledge base and numerical modeling of the processes of non-stationary flow of polymer in the extruder, and modeling of the distribution of temperature in the zone of 3d printing.
