DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-23-30

Annotation: The digitalization of society, as well as the rapid progress in the field of information technology and artificial intelligence, make new and increased demands on the field of education. Global trends in the modern educational process point to the huge role and importance of distance learning, especially in technical specialties. The research is devoted to topical issues of the development of cognitive technology of personalized professional technical distance learning using a unified artificial immune system. The proposed technology uses not classical artificial intelligence algorithms, but modified algorithms based on clonal selection, negative selection and immune networks. Unification is aimed at reducing the diversity of modified algorithms in order to identify the most effective for a particular data set. The proposed technology makes it possible to take into account the cognitive and physiological characteristics of the student when developing a learning trajectory in order to obtain a highquality technical education. The main stages of the functioning of remote cognitive technology are considered. The results of experiments obtained on the basis of the Kazakh-British Technical University with the participation of students of the Faculty of Information Technology are presented.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMING STUDENTS’ PERSONAL COMPETENCES IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIO-ANTHROPOLOGICAL THEORY OF 10 DEGREES OF FREEDOM

Page:54-60

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-54-60

Annotation: The article presents an original attempt at philosophical and methodological understanding and practical modeling of personal competencies of students of secondary and higher educational institutions of Russia with the help of a new socio-anthropological theory of 10 degrees of freedom, which was developed by the author. This theory of degrees of freedom is based on the evolutionary mechanism of the gradual ascent of an individual and a given society from basic survival conditions to the highest degrees of freedom-political, moral, religious, and creative. Applying this theoretical model to the modeling of the personal future of young people in post-Soviet society, we can argue that without achieving socio-economic independence, the pursuit of higher levels of freedom will be limited and even accidental. Above all, we are talking about political autonomy, which is largely intended to determine the perspective of the life of the individual and the entire society by means of the practical principle “from the personal benefit to the common good’’.

INFORMATION UNITS IN INFORMATION SCIENCES

Page:68-75

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-68-75

Annotation: The article describes the category of information units in terms of their application in complex domain models. The variety of tasks solved with the use of information units generates a variety of their types and groups. In the information modeling of the subject area, it is important to build a single complementary system of information units. In this regard, the generalization and systematization of ways of forming and presenting information units in complex models is relevant. The article describes the transformation of the category of information units with the development of information sciences and technologies of their practical application. The article provides an empirical systematics of information units. It is noted that the complementary system of information units, bound by the rules of syntax, sets the information language. Semantic information units that serve as the basis for the interpretation and transfer of knowledge are described. The examples show the directions of application of semantic information units depending on the nature of the object being modeled.

MACHINE LEARNING IN A TWO-LEVEL DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM USING THE MERCER KERNEL FUNCTIONS

Page:76-82

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-76-82

Annotation: This paper proposes a machine learning technique using game theory in the form of a hierarchical differencedifferential game of N+1 persons in a two-level decision-making system. The issues of machine learning based on nonlinear kernels are considered in relation to differential or difference-differential two-level cooperative games. It is proposed to use kernel proximity functions like Mercer kernels as potential learning functions at both levels of the differential hierarchical game. Due to the existence of a fixed point for this type of kernels, the learning algorithm will always converge to the solution of a differential hierarchical two-level game at the Nash equilibrium point. This makes it possible to obtain a sustainable learning algorithm. The paper shows that with the help of some nonlinear transformations of Mercer kernel functions of the radial basis type, it is possible to solve the classification problem for two classes using the method of potential functions. An example of applying the machine learning technique using the kernel approach and non-linear utility (preference functions) is shown. The results obtained can be used in the construction of mathematical models of hierarchical multilevel dynamical systems in order to study their properties.

DICHOTOMOUS DIVISION AND DICHOTOMOUS ANALYSIS IN THE STUDY OF HETEROGENEOUS OBJECTS

Page:83-90

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-83-90

Annotation: The article describes the properties of dichotomous division and dichotomous analysis, their systematization and generalization are carried out in relation to the study of heterogeneous objects. The logical rules that are used in dichotomous division, allowing structural optimization, are described. The article describes a comparative dichotomous analysis based on qualitative division and qualitative comparison. Dichotomous analysis is considered as a method aimed at generating new knowledge. An important property of dichotomous analysis is highlighted – the possibility of dividing objects of the information field up to elements or information units. Such a property, combined with the logical rules implemented for the reference dichotomies occurring in the scientific theories of the studied problem, is considered as the core of the analytical knowledge base. A functional structure of the knowledge base is proposed based on information modeling procedures, logical rules for reference dichotomies, and comparative dichotomous analysis procedures. The proposed structure of the analytical knowledge base is a comprehensive tool for the study of heterogeneous objects.

EMERGENCE AND EVOLUTION OF SYSTEMS

Page:91-97

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2022-1-91-97

Annotation: The article reveals the features of system evolution and the transformation of the concept of emergence of complex systems. The principles of systems evolution are investigated. The characteristics of living systems are described from the standpoint of evolution. Models of evolving systems are described, their features such as recursion, aim variability, multi-purpose management, divisibility are highlighted. It is noted that structural modeling, latent analysis and the identification of implicit knowledge are important in the analysis of systems. It is shown that the evolution of systems can lead to the manifestation of emergence properties. The analysis of some points of view on the concept of emergence is given. The approach to the consideration of matter as a stratified entity that generates the emergence effect is analyzed. Intra-ordinary and trans-ordinary laws of the development and evolution of systems are analyzed. The systematization and generalization of scientific positions and points of view in the field of system evolution and emergence of complex systems is aimed at developing a methodological basis in this area of knowledge. This can become a platform for further scientific research.
