Annotation: In the article, the proposed approach is joint processing of information of various kinds to solve the problem of state estimation of complex systems. The proposed approach is based on the application of the provisions of mathematical computer science, fuzzy set theory, theory of ultra-operators.

Annotation: The article views potential of dialogues in teaching foreign languages at the basic stage. It reveals and systemizes linguistic and psychological features of dialogical speech. It proves the role of dialogues in forming general communicative personality’s culture. The article concludes about significance of dialogue as the transitive link between the simplest forms of communication to its complex forms.

Annotation: The twentieth century entered the history of civilizations as a time of advances in information technology, which caused changes in the thinking of society, influenced the development of science, art and culture, led to significant changes in the perception of a modern man. Professional competence cannot be built within sudden training at the University. The competence of a graduate and his professionalism is projected into knowledge, skills, and abilities of a specialist. The article deals with the actual problems of formation of professional competences in the process of teaching students of the direction «art of costume and textiles», where the ability of a graduate of a higher educational institution directly depends on the formation of his professional and personal qualities, artistic and project thinking, creative potential, desire for professional growth and self-realization. The author reveals the historical background and methods of using the heritage of our ancestors. The conditions and regularities of the formation of professional competencies of graduates are revealed through the development and application of traditional knowledge and arts and crafts, through the development of fabric dyeing technology at the initial stage of the project design.

Annotation: In article on the basis of the information approach the proposed method of synthesis of ultrapurity analysis of complex objects in terms of information redundancy with application of the provisions of mathematical Informatics, with the aim of solving the problem of processing large amounts of data in emergency situations.

Annotation: The article topicalizes issues of studying informational competence from pedagogical and social viewpoints. It presents structural analysis of this notion and the specificity of its interlingual paradigm. It views definite examples of perfecting the process of forming interlingual informational competence.
