Annotation: The article aims at revealing the issues of PR institutional development in present-day Russian society as well as the vector of behavioral attitudes in the context of institutional evolution under globalization. The topicality of research is confirmed by newly appearing vectors of institutional space of post-industrial society. Continuing transformations of institutes in the aspect of globalization conditions the interest in the issue of institutional heterogeneity with high indeterminateness and deep deformation of subjects’ behavioral functions. The topicality is also conditioned by clearly appearing heterogeneity of Russian economic and social space. The latter is characterized among all by the dependence of the trajectory of past development. Under such conditions the understanding of which specific institutes appear in this process and which is the institutional platform and dominants under globalization gains topicality as well.

CORPORATE CULTURE IN EDUCATION AS A MEANS OF CONFLICT SETTLING AND PREVENTION

Annotation: The main objective of the research is to consider corporate culture of an educational institution as means of conflict settling and prevention. The article analyzes key features of corporate culture which turn it into an efficient instrument of conflict settling and prevention. The author presents the main stages of conflict settling with the help of corporate culture recourses. The results of the research are discussed and proved. For an empiric research such techniques as “Strategy and tactics of behavior in a conflict situation” (K. Thomas) and “The analysis of corporate culture of the organization” (V.V. Adamovich) were used. The research shows that the type of corporate culture strongly influences the style of staff behavior in a disputed situation. It is also proved that such elements of corporate culture as management style and commonly shared values, norms and rules are of utmost importance for conflict settling and prevention in an educational institution.

THE USAGE OF WEB-BASED TECHNOLOGIES FOR AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT OUTPUT ON THE UNIVERSITY’S INDOOR TV – THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Annotation: The article is devoted to the generalization of web-content management experience, which is used as an audiovisual source on the internal television of the University. The method of content visualization is proposed, which allows automating the process of information output from the corporate website of the University to the internal TV screens and “in-active kiosk”, as well as avoiding excessive duplication of content. The possibilities of open standards for web-technologies, which are offered as a non-existent alternative for Digital Signage systems, are considered. The results of testing the proposed method of using web-technologies in the formation of audiovisual content on the internal television of the world are considered. Methodical recommendations on optimization and implementation of automated output of information content on the internal television of the University (In-door TV) and the possibility of using a single source of content and a single web-content management system that combines the website and Indoor TV of the University are formulated.

Annotation: The presented article deals with the approaches to the issue of human digital trace on the Internet i.e. the sum of information a man leaves, searches and consumes in the net. It grounds the topicality of humanitarian aspect on the background of Internet rising not only as telecommunication technology but as a specific social space as well. Taking into account the fact that for many people electronic space has become a lifestyle this space claims for the status of socio-existential. The article reveals the stages of Internet genesis that led to its availability and social spread and detects their interconnection. It reveals the components of digital trace and their interrelation. The key link is enumerating humanitarian approaches that present a possibility to study this phenomenon in different aspects. Thus the leading method of research is humanitarian abstraction and interdisciplinary analysis. The conclusions prove the potential of humanitarian paradigm of studying the Internet and outline the corresponding vectors of deeper researches of humans living in digital space.

The influence of social and labor conflict on the work of educational organization is studied, varieties of social and labor conflicts at school are considered.
