THE PHENOMENON OF THE EDUCATIONAL ECOSYSTEM: CASES OF LEADING WORLD UNIVERSITIES

Page:7-16

Release: 2025-2 (51)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2025-2-7-16

Annotation: It has been established that the future of higher education organizations is associated with the forming of edu- cational ecosystems. However, the scientific literature has not yet defined either the content of the concept of “educational ecosystem” or the criteria of an educational ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the criteria of educational ecosystems that are currently being formed on the basis of leading universities and global educational centers. To solve this problem, the study uses the method of studying scientific literature (descriptive method, apperception method), conducts a review of official websites, strategies and development programs of the world’s leading universities and educational centers presented on them, summarizes the trends in the development of higher education reflected in analytical reports of international organizations. Based on the results of the study, the criteria of the educational ecosystem were established, reflecting the key areas of activity of educational organizations, which, with the proper “superstructure” of the supporting infrastructure, allow achieving a synergistic effect from such a reorganization. The results obtained contribute to the development of the ecosystem approach in higher education due to a deeper understanding of the etymology of the concept of the educational ecosystem and a clearly defined outline.

Page:7-14

Release: 2025-1 (50)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2025-1-7-14

Annotation: The article describes the systemic problems of forming the HR brand of higher education institutions in the context of current trends in the labor market and educational services. Attention is focused on the key compo- nents of the HR brand of higher education institutions. The features of competitive selection for the position of a scientific and pedagogical worker in a higher educational institution are highlighted, and a way is proposed to increase the effectiveness of this procedure for the participants of the competition. Experimental studies have been conducted to evaluate students’ ideas about the working conditions of the teaching staff and their preferences as future specialists in the field of education on the basis of the Branch of the private educational institution of higher education “Moscow Witte University” in Ryazan. Based on the results of the survey, the main directions for attracting young scientists and specialists to scientific and pedagogical activities at the university have been identified. The analysis of the causes of professional burnout of scientific and pedagogical staff of universities as one of the factors influencing the HR brand forming for the university is carried out. An approach to the differentiation of the content of teachers’ work is considered, which contributes to improving the effectiveness of their activities. The practical significance of this research is aimed at improving the HR brand of higher edu- cation institutions, which will contribute to creating a positive image of them, attracting graduates to work at universities, and increasing competitiveness in the field of educational services.

Page:15-20

Release: 2025-1 (50)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2025-1-15-20

STRUCTURAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF UNIVERSITY COMPLEX OF STUDENTS’ TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP

Page:17-29

Release: 2025-2 (51)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2025-2-17-29

Annotation: The article considers the development of a structural organizational and pedagogical model of a university complex for training future teachers in the system of social partnership “Pedagogical University – Preschool Educational Organization” (“PU-PEO”) based on the missions of universities, namely: “Education”, “Sci- ence” and “University and Society”. During of the study, a pedagogical examination was carried out, accord- ing to the results of which the conclusion was made that the system-forming factor of the model is the Moscow International University Rating “The Three University Missions”. The rating is based on three main criteria (missions): education, science, university and society. The use of these criteria ensures the creation of a holistic educational process aimed at socializing the individual and forming the qualities of a highly qualified specialist. The method of group expert assessment was chosen as the leading tool in the study, which makes it possible to algorithmize the procedures for developing the structure and content of the model of the university complex for future teachers training. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the creation of a model for training future teachers in the social partnership system “PU-PEO”, which at the structural level includes the functions of assessing the quality of the educational process in the context of implementing the university rating “Three missions of the university”, adopted in pedagogical qualimetry. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using them to improve educational programs and increase the effectiveness of interaction with subjects of social partnership.

Page:21-30

Release: 2025-1 (50)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2025-1-21-30

Annotation: The article presents the results of a study of the structure of educational motivation of students studying in the psychological and pedagogical area, with varying degrees of expression of their social creativity. In order to implement the study, such psychodiagnostic methods as “Determining the social creativity of a personality” by N.P. Fetiskin and “Studying the motives of students’ learning activities” by A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin were used. The single-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the nonparametric U-Mann-Whitney criterion were used as methods of mathematical and statistical analysis. The study involved 42 respondents. In order to achieve the goals of the study, three groups of respondents with different levels of social creativity were identified from the sample. The hypothesis of the existence of statistically significant differences in the structure of educational motivation of respondents with different levels of social creativity was fully confirmed, and the specificity of the structure of educational motivation of each group of respondents was revealed. The results of the study can be used in organizing psychological support for students of psychology departments, as well as in developing relevant courses and disciplines.
