Machine learning models of information recommendation system on individualization of education

Annotation: Training model information recommendation system is associated with the study of applied mathematical and information methods and models, their combinations in order to ensure the necessary accuracy of the forecasts and conclusions. The article deals machine learning of model recommendation system using statistical methods and analysis of big data, aimed at addressing the issues of individualization of education. In this case, the accuracy of the machine learning model depends on the type of statistical model used to predict the probability of some event from the values of the set of features, as well as the training sample used to select the parameters, and the regularization function used to improve the generalizing ability of the resulting model. The study tested models based on logistic regression, methods of naive Bayesian classifier (Naïve Bayes), lasso-type regression. Experimentally confirmed the theoretical assumption about the possibility of creating a recommendation system on the individualization of education on the basis of an array of educational data, including the results of educational and extracurricular activities of students. Conclusions about the presence of correlation dependencies in the data, which can be used to improve the accuracy of the model of the recommendation system, are formulated.

Annotation: Various forms of distance education are being widely introduced into school practice. However, their effectiveness has not yet been studied.The purpose of this study: to find out how well students are studying the topic proposed for distance learning, and how they relate to this new experience. We investigated the activities of students studying the topic of increased complexity in mathematics using the technology of distance learning, and the results of training on this topic. We analyzed the dynamics of changes in student performance in the process of mastering individual issues of this topic. We made a detailed analysis of learning outcomes and analysis of student survey results. Methodical recommendations on the construction of an educational and methodological complex and the form of its presentation in the electronic educational environment of the basic school are formulated. The directions of further research in this area are noted.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the introduction of mass open online courses (moocs) into the educational process as one of the most important directions of the priority project “Modern digital educational environment in the Russian Federation”. The concept of mass-open online course is revealed. The article deals with the main models of integration of mass open online courses in educational programs of Russian universities, which conduct the practice of scoring the results of the development of moocs, there is a practice of compiling a list of recommended moocs. A number of universities of the Russian Federation which are supporters and active developers of mass open online courses are presented. In each of these universities moocs are actively included in the curricula of educational programs. The author of the article provides a fragment of the list of disciplines of the curriculum and the corresponding mass open online courses. The possibility of including online courses placed on digital educational platforms in the educational process of professional training of bachelors of 44.03.01 Pedagogical education (profile “Informatics”) is analyzed.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the problem of teaching undergraduate students a professionally oriented foreign language. The aim of this study is to model the content of teaching English based on the optimization of its sources. Among the objectives of this article was a description of learning optimization methods; characteristics of individual methods of intensification of the educational process; identification of ways to increase motivation in the study of a professionally oriented foreign language. The author pays particular attention to the conditions in which the educational process takes place, defines the leading role of optimizing the sources of training through which it is possible to intensify the educational process, to increase the motivation of students of non-linguistic specialties to learn a foreign language (English). The article discusses the methods and techniques of work, allowing to intensify the educational process and optimize teaching materials for the effective development of students professionally oriented foreign language (English) – building your own “educational route”, visual means of semantization of language units, organization of students’ independent work.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the development and implementation of software for pedagogical diagnostics in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The development of media education in different countries review is carried out. It is shown that in the Republic carrying out practical research on the diagnosis of media education is a little-studied issue. The analysis of theoretical and methodological issues on the development and implementation of software for pedagogical diagnostics in the Republic. Based on the results of the analysis, a scientific task is formulated to create a comprehensive information system of pedagogical diagnostics, including such basic functions as diagnosing the level of competence and media education of students, monitoring the results, correction of the educational trajectory. The article substantiates that the introduction of pedagogical diagnostics software creates an opportunity to analyze and evaluate the levels of competence of future specialists in combination with the ability and readiness for self-regulation of further education and professional mobility; to diagnose the level of foreign language proficiency at the level of social and professional communication, as well as the use of special vocabulary and professional terminology of the language; to diagnose the high adaptability of future specialists, expressed in the ability to adapt to information loads caused by the renewal of means of production; communication skills and ability to work in a team.
