Annotation: The article reveals learning a second foreign language as a process of learner’s cognitive and personality development. Its objective is to view key inner resources that an average learner possesses in this process. The objective mentioned implies a number of tasks: 1) emphasizing the effectiveness of learning a second foreign language educationally and methodologically; 2) revealing key essential components of linguo-academic experience that makes learning a second foreign language easier; 3) empiric analysis of English and Spanish material that exemplifies tapping cognitive and personal learner’s potential. These tasks predetermine comparative didactic analysis as a key method of research. As the main result we state the necessity of considering cognitive and personal resources whereas the key success condition is firm first language (English) knowledge positive learning experience. It highlights interconnection of academic route stages.

Annotation: The purpose of the present article consists in a research of scientific and pedagogical aspects of a descriptive method of use in training of health and safety. The relevance of consideration of scientific bases of the description and its application as a scientific method strengthens methodological bases of the course «Basics of life safety». The developed technique of use of a descriptive method in training of health and safety provides success of formation at the studying informative and communicative universal modalities of action connected with speech communication. On the basis of methods of the theoretical analysis, information search, modeling the results of a research consisting in definition of scientific approaches to classifications of descriptions are received; the system of descriptions characteristics in studying of maintenance of health and safety where constant and steady signs of dangerous process or emergency situation are distinguished is offered. The main function of descriptions consisting in creation at the possible threats and also procedures providing its performance studying a complete evident image is defined. Descriptions, being an initial step of informative process, are a part of the innovative technologies of training of safe activity based on dialogue and communicative intersubject interaction.

Annotation: Qualification characteristics used for the creation of work training programs contain generalized information and do not allow to take into account the peculiarities of professional activity of future specialists. The effectiveness of the educational process depends on the quality of academic disciplines work programs, in this connection there is a need to describe the specific results of students, which is a poorly structured task. The article discusses the development and application of job description allows to systematize detailed description of professional competences and structure of the functional map of the teacher and the learner. Presents the experience of development and application and job description on the example of the variable part of the professional educational program in the specialty 38.02.04 – Commerce (by industry). The analysis of professional activities of managers in modern conditions has allowed to reveal in the job analysis content of their activities, as well as the conditions, eligibility requirements, activities, and requirements for professionally important qualities.

Annotation: The transition of transport to digital technology requires the creation of a number of transportation services. Their development is based on modern web technologies. This article discusses the main stacks used in developing web applications. The components of web stacks designed to process data at various levels of application implementation are described. The analysis of features of web stacks is carried out. The synchronous and asynchronous information processing modes, the performance of server-side information processing programs, the relational and NoSQL database management systems used, and server programming languages are considered. The advantages of web stacks for developing a certain type of application are described. The focus is on comparing stacks using the PHP language and stacks based on the Node software platform. As a result of the analysis, a conclusion was made about the advantage of the stack using the Node platform for implementing an integrated digital environment for providing transport services.

Annotation: The purpose of this article is a theoretical analysis of the motivation of the modern student in the context of the achievement goal theory and determining the relationship between the types of motivation and types of achievement of educational goals. The subject of the study is explaining reasons of choosing certain types of achievement of educational goals as well as its influence on psychological welfare of a student and his effectiveness in the field of education. The method of this work is the theoretical analysis of psychological research in the field of goal setting of students. The study highlights the main factors that influence the student’s choice of certain goals to achieve. In the light of the achievement goal theory the main types of motivation are analyzed: focus on achievement of skill, focus on avoiding the demonstration of skill, focus on demonstration of the result, focus on avoiding the demonstration of the result. Conclusions regarding the influence of type of motivation on types of achievement of educational goals are drawn. Topical issues of studying this topic in the future are posed.
