Annotation: Testing systems and models used for evaluating students’ knowledge are studied in the article. The factors that affect the quality of testing models are highlighted, as well as general and specific requirements for the quality of the testing model. Methods for evaluating the quality of the testing model are considered. The stratification of testing models is investigated. The levels of stratification of testing models by functional characteristics are identified, and the analysis of structural elements and applied methods by stratification levels is carried out. Based on the selected levels, a system of properties of testing systems is proposed. The value of information relations between elements of the testing model as a system is revealed. The stability of the testing system is analyzed. Approaches to quality management of the testing system are investigated. The effect of self-organization of the testing system is considered for the first time. It is shown that this effect is associated with the free testing. Testing systems with an element of self-organization or, in a milder version, an element of subsidiarity are characterized by a long life cycle and greater efficiency in solving problems of assessing students ‘ knowledge.
Application of educational technologies in the process of adaptation of young employees of the organization

Annotation: The article is devoted to the solution of the scientific and practical problem of adaptation of the beginning labor activity of workers, including young specialists, to real production conditions with the use of various educational technologies. The article considers the possibilities of application in organizations of such educational technologies as distance and interactive learning, business games, work in mini-groups, implementation of situational tasks. The sequence of actions to involve young employees in the production process and criteria for assessing the quality of these actions are formulated. The types and stages of the adaptation process are identified, the features of the application of methodological approaches to the implementation of organizational, socio-psychological and professional adaptation are revealed. The General scheme of the process of planning adaptation and career development of young employees of the organization is presented.
Analysis of the use of video games in the educational process from the perspective of activity theory

Annotation: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural changes that occur in learning from the point of view of its participants, when classic video games are used as an educational resource. An attempt is also made to study how activity theory can explain and interpret these changes. Based on this conceptual framework, the activities of students and teachers are seen as a system focused on a group goal, mediated by culture and characterized by contradictions that represent a path of development and lead to innovation and change. The results of this study showed that activity theory is a powerful tool for analyzing the process of change when a new technological tool is used as an intermediary in learning.
Foreign language teaching to undergraduate economics students with the use of clil technology

Annotation: The issues of the effectiveness of foreign language teaching to non-linguistic students do not lose their relevance in modern society since confidence in a foreign language significantly increases the competitiveness of any specialist. Special attention is paid to the choice of pedagogical technologies that will contribute to a more effective mastering of a foreign language by students. This paper discusses the features and possibilities of using CLIL technology which allows organizing the process of foreign language teaching to non-linguistic students through the integration of a foreign language with specialized subjects. The paper reveals the essence and the main characteristics of CLIL technology and describes the experience of practical application CLIL technology in foreign language teaching to undergraduate economics students in Kozma Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University. In conclusion, the advantages of CLIL technology in foreign language teaching to non-linguistic students are listed, as well as the possible difficulties that a teacher may face in practice.
SYNTHESIZED ALGORITHM FOR IMPROVING THE ACCURACY OF ESTIMATION OF PARAMETERS OF A CONTROLLED DYNAMIC SYSTEM MODEL

Annotation: Modern technical systems are complex dynamic objects with automated or automatic control. Advanced in this direction are objects of aviation, space and rocket technology. However, the increase in the number of functions performed by them, the complication of work algorithms, and the transition, as a whole, to intellectualization highlight the problem of their maintenance, i.e. assessment of the state for a given control. In practice, the study of the properties of dynamic objects, for example, space technology, is carried out by mathematical modeling of the behavior of an object in conditions close to real ones. Moreover, the quality of the assessment of the state parameters of the object determines the adequacy of the mathematical model to the real object. In this case, the main attention is paid to improving accuracy, reducing computational costs and stability of algorithms for assessing the state of a remote controlled object (spacecraft). The article considers a new state estimation algorithm based on synthesis combined with physical principles that satisfies the indicated conditions.
