Documented achievements of students are elements of a professional resume and may be of interest to potential employers. In this paper, an empirical study and a pedagogical experiment were conducted on the basis of the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after K. Minin. Based on the results of the conducted research, conclusions are drawn about the importance of the electronic portfolio as a new technology for evaluating not only the educational activities of students, but also their personal, socially significant and academic achievements.
THE SITUATION OF SUCCESS AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE JOY OF EDUCATIONAL WORK
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-1-13-20
Keywords: success situation, joy, motivation to achieve success
Annotation: The article combines scientific and pedagogical ideas about the situation of success as a source and method of developing the joy of educational work. As a conceptual basis for creating a situation of success, the following are proposed: the idea of tomorrow’s joy by A.S. Makarenko; the idea of the joy of knowing by V.A. Sukhomlinsky; the idea of the joy of cooperation by S.A. Amonashvili. On this basis, the situation of success is stated as the leading condition for the development of the joy of educational work. The article reveals the pedagogical content of the situation of success as an opportunity for the development of the joy of educational work, highlights the hidden and internal mechanisms of its creation in educational activities. It is shown that the situation of success is such pedagogical conditions in which a person always has the opportunity to achieve a personally significant educational result and evaluate it as successful, which is accompanied by a sense of joy. Without a sense of joy, there is no cognitive interest and desire to learn. A success situation is an opportunity to experience joy, which contributes to increased cognitive activity and learning motivation, as well as academic performance of students. The applied interpretation and illustration reflects the stages of possible joy in educational and pedagogical interaction, which turns into personal-developing cooperation. Based on the multidimensional nature of the situation of success, we have built and supplemented the classification of its types and presented the author’s pedagogical technology of its creation in educational activities.

THE REBUILDING PROBLEM OF THE EMOTIONAL PERSONALITY SPHERE OF FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS IN THE PERIOD OF ADAPTATION TO THE UNIVERSITY CONDITIONS
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-1-39-43
Keywords: emotional sphere, personality, freshmen, adaptation, anxiety, social fears, communication
Annotation: The period of adaptation of freshmen to the university environment is a difficult period in their lives, associated with the restructuring of the usual social and interpersonal relationships that developed during schooling. Finding themselves in new conditions, freshmen initially find themselves in a situation of uncertainty, which imposes a limitation on the ability to use past experience. A higher educational institution with new requirements and tasks, as well as new student groups that are just beginning to form, present new requirements that cause changes in the emotional sphere of students associated with an increase in the level of anxiety and the inclusion of adaptive mechanisms. In the study considered in this work, as a result of psychodiagnostics using the technique of L.N. Grosheva “Social fears” the most pronounced experiences of freshmen in the period of adaptation to the conditions of the university were revealed. During the analysis of the results obtained, it was possible to determine that for freshmen the most relevant are the experiences associated with the formation of their new status in the newly created team and loss of the previous interpersonal relations.

The study was conducted on the basis of the Moscow Witte University. The survey involved 100 full-time students of the Faculty of Law, Economics and the Faculty of Information Technology. Analysis of the results of this survey shows that active physical education and sports have a positive effect on reducing the level of destructiveness and aggression of students. The results of this study can become the basis for the development of recommendations for universities, taking into account the fact that physical education and sports should be aimed not only at improving the health and improvement of the physical body, but also at correcting the personality.
THE LEGAL AWARENESS AS A SYSTEM-FORMING FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF FUTURE LAWYERS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-1-52-60
Keywords: legal awareness, professional readiness, formation, modeling of monitoring activities, forecasting of the educational process
Annotation: This article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the legal consciousness of future lawyers at the university. Legal awareness plays a constructive role as a regulator and analyzer in the formation of personal legal consciousness, and ultimately, the entire legal culture of the individual. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, the authors reveal the main approaches to the essence of the concepts of “legal awareness” and “professional readiness”. The results of the empirical study reflect the dynamics of the development of legal awareness, which is caused by a change in the attitude to the norms and rules of public life through the development of professional subjectivity and self-awareness in the profession. The process of increasing the subjective position of students is characterized by a creative, actively selective attitude to their chosen profession and their fate. It is established that the process of forming the readiness of future lawyers to work in law enforcement agencies is aimed at creating conditions for high-quality professional training at the university, which is based on the subjective position of students, their personal resource (competence, legal awareness, legal culture). The conditions of students professional training are justified: the personal significance of legal education as a necessary component of their professional competence and its relevance in society; integration, unity and complementarity of state and regional interests in the content and structure of legal education; educational and methodological support of the educational process in relation to the areas of professional activity of subjects of legal practice; monitoring, which allows to diagnose the formation of students’ competencies, model and predict the pedagogical process, make management decisions on its correction, promote the intellectual and moral development of the student’s personality and his professional self-determination.
FUNCTIONAL APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT OF ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF STUDY GROUPS
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-1-61-68
Keywords: assessment of group performance, sigmoid, logit, performance function, integral assessment, Rasch model
Annotation: The article deals with the method of comparative assessment of group performance of students on the basis of specially developed characteristics. The methodology is intended for comparative analysis of the results of the activities of different groups within the same educational institution. In this paper, we propose a new type of sigmoid function, which is called the academic performance function. The arguments of the academic performance function are positive values. In fact, these arguments are related to the number of students in the group and the grades received. The special characteristics of the proposed methodology are the efficiency function and the integral evaluation of the test results. The method of comparative assessment of group performance of students using the proposed performance function is an alternative to the Rasch model. In practical application for teaching staff, the method is less time-consuming, which is demonstrated by practical examples. The method is described and the results of experimental evaluation using this method are presented. The conditions for using the method are described.

COMPLEXITY METHODOLOGY
DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2021-1-85-91
Keywords: digital society, information society, post-post-industrial society, hybridization, new normality, VUCA-world
Annotation: Many thinkers have tried to prove that we live in a simple world, yet man complicates it, but this is not the case. The world is complex independently of us. Firstly, there is a plethora of objects in the world, secondly, it is constantly changing and, thirdly, it is heterogeneous. Plurality, versatility and heterogeneity are already sufficient qualities to recognize the complexity of the world. Micro, macro and mega levels are challenging from the Big Bang itself. If we take social reality, then here we also observe a complication associated with the increase in the number of homo sapience on Earth. As demographic indicators grow, the level of competition increases, sustainable objects become hybrids, verity becomes post-truth, and the state of society becomes chaosmos. Purpose of the work: to present a methodology of complexity in a new technological order. Applied research methods: structural analysis, system analysis, factor analysis, synergetics. As a result of the conducted research, the following Results were obtained: 1) speed is considered as a factor of complexity; 2) the cognitive conditions of complexity are considered; 3) the adaptive capabilities of society to complexity are conceptualized as a new normality, representing the convergence of modern social processes while preserving identities and boundaries of interpretation.
