Analysis of methods and models of situational management systems

Page:85-91

Release: 2019-2 (27)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2019-2-85-91

Annotation: Formalized representation of complex non-stationary production processes leads to exponential complication of mathematical methods and models and often the impossibility of solving them, including heuristic methods. The article analyzes mathematical methods and models of situational control systems of the production process. The features of their application for different types of production processes are considered: discrete, discrete – continuous, continuous. An integrative approach is proposed to construct a system-wide model, which combine continuous flow and discrete event flows. This approach makes it easier to formalize the knowledge of specialists in the subject area and use only one form of knowledge representation – flow diagrams. The use of system models based on integrative flowcharts allows to change the type of individual chart elements in the process of system reengineering without changing the topology of links that formalize expert knowledge about the subject area, which significantly reduces the labor costs of changing the model.

The base of the central movements and schools of zen buddhism

Page:75-80

Release: 2019-1 (26)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2019-1-75-80

Annotation: The problem of this study is relevant in modern conditions. This is evidenced by the frequent study of the questions asked. Also the relevance of this work is due, on the one hand, a considerable interest in the topic of Buddhist traditions in modern science, on the other hand, its lack of development. The article examines the stages of Buddhist religiosity as a cultural and historical phenomenon that characterizes the anthropological aspect. The factors influencing the study of philosophical and historical features of Buddhism, as well as the consideration of the structural components of the national culture of Buddhism on the example of traditional schools of Zen Buddhism are considered. Further attention to the issue of this problem will be considered in more depth, from the point of view of a reasonable solution of particular topical problems of the subject of this decision. To understand the development of these historical processes should be determined in the main directions of the Buddhist tradition, which we consider the example of the formation of Zen Buddhism. The ways of formation of the main schools of Zen Buddhism are determined, the analysis of their formation is carried out and the main tendencies of development of the school of Chan and Zen Buddhism in modern conditions are revealed. The object of the proposed study is to analyze the conditions of formation of schools of Zen Buddhism.

The second side of the «basic question of philosophy» in the context of the content of modern education

Page:89-99

Release: 2019-3 (28)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2019-3-89-99

Annotation: Philosophy is a discipline of the regional component in modern higher domestic education. What should be the didactically meaningful selection of educational material for this course for non-philosophical areas of training, where philosophy is studied for one semester? In the Soviet era, Marxism-Leninism was considered the «only true» philosophical doctrine. In Marxist-Leninist philosophy, the «main question of philosophy» was the question of the attitude of thinking to being, which has two sides: what is primary – matter or consciousness and – know whether the world. In the post-Soviet era, it is often said that the «core issue of philosophy» is an ideological stamp that there is no «core issue of philosophy», or that it is hopelessly outdated. The article attempts to understand whether the «basic question of philosophy» is really outdated, to find out what timeless ideas follow from the two main answers to it – materialism and idealism, how they can be relevant today, and also – what role the «second side of the main question of philosophy» can play in modern epistemological and epistemological concepts and worldview, and content of the educational process.

Spatial logic in education and science

Page:92-102

Release: 2019-2 (27)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2019-2-92-102

Annotation: The article investigates spatial logic as a means of analysis and means of obtaining new knowledge. Modern spatial logic is at the stage of development, characterized by wide application in science and education, but the lack of a unified methodological approach to problem solving. Methods of analysis that work with traditional models are often inapplicable when there is a need to represent spatial models based on languages interpreted by certain structures, as is the case in spatial logic. The purpose of this article is to systematize the types of spatial logics and directions of their effective application. Within the framework of the goal, the methodological problem in logical generalization, which is to find expressive spatial and logically is analyzed models, is investigated. The informative difference between mathematical and spatial logic based on logical reasoning and spatial analysis is disclosed. Features of application of geometrical, topological, set-theoretic and figurative logic in various fields of knowledge are allocated. The analysis of figurative logic is carried out, the possibilities of its application on the example of cartographic logic are demonstrated. The factors of efficiency of spatial logic and technologies of figurative reasoning are considered. It is shown that spatial logic is an instrument of artificial intelligence and serves as a basis for obtaining new knowledge.

Global challenges to universities

Page:81-85

Release: 2019-1 (26)

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2019-1-81-85

Annotation: The article is devoted to the consideration of socio-cultural and economic processes that form new realities of University life in the global world in knowledge society, which are associated primarily with the growth of commercialization and competition in the academic community, as well as with the growth of inequality in the teaching environment. The article consists of two sections: the first one is devoted to the place and role of higher education in the global world and to the unified challenges of our time faced by any major University. The basic contradictions between University competitiveness and the desire for social justice are considered here. The second section clarified the specifics of the University of realities in the countries of the BRICS bloc. It analyzes the current University situation in the BRICS countries in the context of the methodology of comparative analysis with the University realities of industrialized countries, as well as provides socio-cultural recommendations for its further evolution, especially in Russia.
