THE INFLUENCE OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS ON THE PROCESS

Page:23-28

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-4-23-28

Annotation: Strategic competency and its role in formation of students’ readiness for foreign communicative activity is one of the most important conditions of effective foreign training of non-linguistic students for successful intercultural communication. It is important as to be able to practice effective interpersonal and intercultural communication, which is considered as the basic result of high education, a modern specialist must have a sum of linguistic, cross-cultural and etiquette knowledge as well as be able to choose definite linguistic clichés which are appropriate for the communicative situation. A graduate must also be able to react to unexpected turnings of the conversation, must know how to choose the adequate line of communicative behavior and how to avoid from some possible problems, which can obstruct effective interaction of partners in communication. However, to make such communicative activity possible, strategic competence must be considered as students’ and graduates’ functional feature. Thus, the purpose of this article is to analyze the pedagogical conditions considered as one of the components of a pedagogical framework. The main problems the author deals with are: to analyze and classify the phenomenon of pedagogical conditions; to emphasize and describe the pedagogical conditions which may have a positive impact on the process of formation of students’ strategic competence; to define the key features of pedagogical conditions which determine the process of formation of the strategic competence while studying foreign languages at non-linguistic university. The solution of the problems was carried out with the help of general scientific methods, such as analysis and synthesis as well as description and modeling. As a result of the research the author introduces an author’s model of the complex of pedagogical conditions which promote the formation of non-linguistic students’ strategic competence.

QUIZ AS A MEANS OF CHECKING KNOWLEDGE

Page:29-35

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-4-29-35

Annotation: Post-Soviet social transformations touched upon all the sides of social life, including education both secondary and higher. Current educational reality principally differs from that of 30 years ago. One of the crucial reformation elements in education is considerable decrease of knowledge component and competence incline as well both at school and in university. Educational technologies also underwent considerable changes, which manifested in rating system, electronic testing, distant-learning implemented in the education process. The article attempts to estimate the efficiency of such changes and their influence on real forming students’ knowledge and competences. The key conclusion is the statement that the better is, probably, harmful for the good and one step forward means usually two following steps back. Meanwhile neglecting knowledge component inevitably leads to considerable decrease in quality of education level. The author suggests practical steps for increasing the level of knowledge forming and its checking by means of a quiz.

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-4-46-49

Annotation: The twentieth century entered the history of civilizations as a time of advances in information technology, which caused changes in the thinking of society, influenced the development of science, art and culture, led to significant changes in the perception of a modern man. Professional competence cannot be built within sudden training at the University. The competence of a graduate and his professionalism is projected into knowledge, skills, and abilities of a specialist. The article deals with the actual problems of formation of professional competences in the process of teaching students of the direction «art of costume and textiles», where the ability of a graduate of a higher educational institution directly depends on the formation of his professional and personal qualities, artistic and project thinking, creative potential, desire for professional growth and self-realization. The author reveals the historical background and methods of using the heritage of our ancestors. The conditions and regularities of the formation of professional competencies of graduates are revealed through the development and application of traditional knowledge and arts and crafts, through the development of fabric dyeing technology at the initial stage of the project design.

POWER ESTIMATION TECHNIQUES IN CMOS CIRCUIT DESIGN

Page:50-59

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-4-50-59

Annotation: The design of low-power circuits is becoming increasingly important due to the fact that excessive energy dissipation by digital devices becomes an obstacle to further increase the integration level and VLSI complexity, as well as due to the expansion of the market of portable self-powered devices. The energy consumption depends on many electrical and topological parameters of the circuit, and its reduction can be ensured at different design levels. In this connection, one of the most important problems is the development of methods and tools for energy consumption estimation not only of circuits at the transistor level, but also for calculating forecast estimates in the process of their design. The paper deals with the problem of energy consumption estimation of microcircuits based on CMOS technology. The energy consumption estimate is understood as the estimate of the average value of the energy dissipated by the circuit. The paper presents an analytical survey of known methods for estimating the average energy consumption of static CMOS circuits in the normal mode of their operation, used at different design stages.

The questions of creation of the hybrid applications, which provides the advantages of the native and web applications integration are considered. The main of them are cross-platform and direct access possibility to the mobile devices equipment. The information services of complex monitoring of dangerous events were applied in Emercom crisis management centre of the Krasnoyarsk region.

COMPLEMENTARITY AND COMPLIANCE RELATIONSHIP IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Page:66-74

DOI: 10.21777/2500-2112-2018-4-66-74

Annotation: The article explores two important factors of information systems and models: complementarity and informational correspondence. Complementarity may be present in information processing and decision–making systems. Logical complementarity may be present in the logic circuits and algorithms of complementarity improves the quality of the system and its balance. Informational compliance allows you to make a comparative assessment and evaluate the ability to solve problems before starting from a solution. The article systematizes the types of complementarity and informational conformity. An example of linear complementarity equations that are used to solve optimization problems is shown. An analogue is the simplex method, which is applicable only for piecewise linear functions. The linear complementarity method is applicable for more complex functions. Complementarity allows checking various processes for truth and non-contradiction. Program verification methods use the complementarity property implicitly. The article introduces three related complementary concepts: functional consistency, functional complement, functional consistency. These three concepts describe a common entity, but allow you to analyze it separately. The article shows the similarities and differences between informational correspondence and complementarity.
