Keywords: the adaptation of students, factors of adaptation, entrance examinations, the criterion, the rating of the applicant
Annotation: Factors affecting the adaptation of first-year students to new living conditions are scrutinized. Particular attention is paid to the educational component of the adaptation process. The necessity of developing an integral criterion characterizing the general educational level of the applicant is substantiated. It allows to predict the level of adaptation of the applicant to studying at the university. The integral rating criterion was obtained by the method of individual expert estimate on the example of Mathematics. The applicability of this criterion for predicting the success of the adaptation of students to the educational process in higher education is confirmed on the basis of analysis of the results obtained by 100 cadets of the Academy of the Federal Penal Service of Russia, during the entrance examinations, as well as in the learning process. Non-parametric correlations were used to find the relationships. This approach can be used to build similar integral criteria for other specialized academic disciplines that involve the passing of specialized Unified State Exams, as well as extra entrance examinations when entering a university.
DIAGNOSTICS OF QUALITY OF HUMANITARIAN DISCIPLINES TRAINING IN A UNIVERSITY
Keywords: innovative pedagogical technologies, activization of educational process, efficiency of training, cognitive activity, “case study”, speech culture, competence, diagnostics, modular training
Annotation: The article discusses issues related to one of the most urgent problems of modern pedagogy – improving the quality of education and possible approaches to its evaluation. The new Federal state educational standards of the third generation 3+ formulate the requirements for the quality of education: the structure of educational programs, the quality of the educational process, the quality of the results focused on the competence-based, activity-based approach to its evaluation. This caused the necessity to improve the system of education quality assessment, the development of modern control and measuring materials to assess the level of knowledge, skills, the level of acquired competences from students. In this regard, the following objectives of the study were identified – to create conditions for improving the system of evaluation of the quality of training, scientific and methodological support of its control and evaluation tools, improving the efficiency of their use, search for modern forms and methods of control. The nature of the tasks determined the choice of research methods: the study and analysis of psychological, linguistic, pedagogical and methodical literature in order to establish the theoretical foundations of the study; targeted pedagogical supervision of educational activities of students, the study and synthesis of advanced pedagogical experience; conversations with students, conducting experiments; processing and analysis of the results of the experiment. The main results of the study. The system of methods and techniques for the diagnostics of the formation of cultural and speech skills, competences of students based on the level of differentiation is theoretically developed and experimentally tested. It allows to evaluate the results of the student’s learning activity taking into account its real capabilities and the initial level of knowledge. The analysis of the research indicators allows to make a conclusion about the positive dynamics of the results of the development of speech culture of students studying in a modular program based on competences. The author believes that the implementation of an integrated approach to the organization of training in the University allows to expand the educational space of Humanities, to form socially significant qualities of the future specialist.

ELECTRONIC TRAINING: REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF CONCEPTS
Keywords: information and communication technologies in educations, electronic training (e-learning), electronic educational resources, distance learning, the information and education environment
Annotation: Terminology of electronic training in Russia is regulated by a number of normative documents of Rostekhregulirovaniya of 2006–2009 and the law on education in the Russian Federation. These normative documents enter and briefly define concepts: electronic training (ET), educational content, electronic educational resource (EER), electronic training material (ETM), remote educational technologies (RET) and others. However, the laconicism and formality of normative documents doesn’t give a complete and broad idea of features of the formulated concepts, their modern filling, forms and implementers. This article is devoted to the review, systematization and the substantial analysis of the diverse concepts and terms connected with electronic training. It is especially relevant in the conditions of mass application of information and communication technologies in educational process. Article reduces in uniform concepts from various normative documents, reveals their contents and features, shows interrelation of concepts and terms. Experience of application and the requirement to the systems of electronic training, their merits and demerits is considered. During creation of the electronic educational environment electronic educational resources of different types and categories of complexity are used. In article classification and the short characteristic of the service software of general purpose, electronic textbooks, software of control of level of knowledge of students, electronic exercise machines, software of mathematical and imitating modeling, software of virtual laboratories used in training, information retrieval help systems, the automated training systems, the expert and intellectual training systems is given. The attention is focused on specific features of these educational resources.
SPATIAL AND TEMPORAL VARIABILITY OF INSOLATION, WIND SPEED AND TEMPERATURE BY THE INTERNATIONAL MODEL PV-GIS
Keywords: solar illumination, temperature, wind speed, spatial correlation
Annotation: Considerable part of renewable sources of energy based on such natural natural resources as energy of sunlight and wind. At the choice of locations of stations of green power there is a need for information on spatial and temporary distribution of the expected power characteristics depending on a geographical arrangement of the station. Assessment of potential of solar and wind energy is made by measurements on network of meteorological stations on which regular observations are made. As the space which isn’t captured by network of meteorological stations in some regions reaches up to 1000 km, there is a need to interpolate or extrapolate the available data to the required geographical areas. In the article on the base of results of complex measurements of current of solar photo-electric batteries and speed of wind the analysis of correlation characteristics of the field of average daily values of solar illumination and speed of wind in comparison to data of the international data archive of PV-GIS from 2007 for 2016 is carried out. Variations on longitude and on width are considered. The obtained data can be used for spatial extrapolation of quantitative characteristics of sources of “green” energy, and for estimates of reliability of network from such separate sources.
ROLE OF DOMESTIC HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE DETERMINATION OF THE DIRECTION OF HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA CONTEMPORARY
Keywords: national identity, national sovereignty, national project, culture, civilization, system of education, historical development, civilizational project
